A secondary filter element for a filter system for filtering a gaseous fluid, in particular for a self-cleaning intake air filter system of a motor, has a filter medium which in the intended operation is flowed through by the fluid from an intended inflow side to an intended outflow side. The secondary filter element has a support element covering the filter medium at the intended inflow side. A filter system with such a secondary filter element is provided.

Secondary filter element and filter system

A filter element has a filter medium arranged between first and second end disks. The first end disk has a positioning and sealing section having external positioning recesses for engaging disturbance geometries of a filter housing with form fit to position the filter element circumferentially in the filter housing. The positioning and sealing section has an inner interface for radially sealing and axially positioning the filter element relative to the filter housing. The interface, viewed along a longitudinal direction from first toward second end disk, extends farther into the positioning and sealing section than the positioning recesses. The interface has an annular seal groove surrounding a symmetry axis of the filter element and configured to engage a seal rib of the filter housing with form fit for axial positioning relative to the filter housing. A filter system is provided with such a filter element in its filter housing.

Filter element and filter system

A muffler for a filter system has a base body with an inlet opening. A fluid guiding rib is externally arranged on the base body so as to guide a fluid to be filtered by the filter system toward the inlet opening of the base body. The fluid guiding rib extends along a first flow direction, wherein the fluid to be filtered passes through the base body along the first flow direction. A filter system with a filter housing and a filter element removably received in the filter housing is provided with such a muffler. The muffler is attached to the filter housing.

A filter element, which has an oval cross-section in a longitudinal direction thereof and includes a circumferential sealing device for, in particular, radially sealing the filter element off from a filter holder for the filter element, wherein the sealing device has two first curvature sections arranged one facing the other and two second curvature sections arranged one facing the other, wherein the first curvature sections each have a first radius of curvature and the second curvature sections each have a second radius of curvature, and wherein the first radius of curvature differs from the second radius of curvature.

Filter element and filter arrangement

A filter holder for a filter element that has an oval-shaped cross section, with a receiving section receiving the filter element, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The fluid inlet is arranged such that an inflow direction of the fluid to be filtered is oriented in the direction of a lateral surface of the filter element in order to separate particles contained in the fluid onto a wall of the receiving section with the aid of centrifugal force.

Filter holder, filter element and filter arrangement

A filter device has a filter housing and a filter element arranged in the filter housing. The filter element at least partially encloses an inwardly positioned flow chamber. A purified medium can be discharged from the filter device through a flow socket provided with a wall that has an opening. A fastening flange is arranged at the wall of the flow socket adjacent to the opening, wherein a purging gas pipe of a purging device can be detachably fastened by the fastening flange to the flow socket. The opening in the wall of the flow socket receives the purging gas pipe.

A secondary filter element for a filter arrangement is provided with a filter medium and a circumferentially extending sealing device that seals the secondary filter element in respect to a filter receptacle of the filter arrangement. The circumferentially extending sealing device has an oval geometry with a long side and a short side. The circumferentially extending sealing device has an outer surface projecting, in a radial direction of the secondary filter element, farther past the filter medium when viewed along the short side compared to when viewed along the long side. A filter arrangement has a filter receptacle. A main filter element is received in the filter receptacle, and a secondary filter element is received in the main filter element. The circumferentially extending sealing device of the secondary filter element projects in a radial direction of the secondary filter element outwardly past an interior of the main filter element.

A filter element has a filter body which is closed on at least one end face by an end disc, wherein the end disc is formed from a potting compound, and has a stabilization device which is surrounded at least in some areas by the potting compound. At least one data storage unit is arranged on or in the stabilization device.

A filter element for cleaning an operating liquid of a machine tool is provided with a pressure-stable jacket permitting flow therethrough. A filter medium is arranged in the pressure-stable jacket. A first end disc and a second end disc are seal-tightly connected to opposite ends of the filter medium. The filter medium surrounds an inner raw-side cavity. The pressure-stable jacket surrounds the filter medium and is connected fixedly to the first and second end discs. The first end disc has an inlet opening for the operating liquid. The second end disc has a drainage opening provided with a releasable closure element that closes the drainage opening.

An air filter has a round housing that is coaxial to a central axis of the air filter. The housing has a housing bottom part and a detachable housing cover. A round filter element is received in the housing. The housing bottom part has a tubular housing wall with an open end and an outlet-side axial end provided with a central outlet socket positioned axially opposite to the open end. Through the outlet socket, air exits from the air filter after filtration. The housing cover closes off the open end. A raw air region with annular cross section is formed between round filter element and inner side of the tubular housing wall. The housing cover has an annular or ring section-shaped air inlet region with inflow openings through which air to be filtered enters the housing without deflection in a direction coaxially or parallel to the central axis.

An insulating body which is formed of a flat insulation material is arranged so as to surround and tightly enclose an outer contour of the filter housing. A filter module for filtering a fluid is provided with a filter element that has a filter bellows of a filter medium. A fastening frame is connected to the filter element and has a frame wall enclosing circumferentially at least partially a rim of the filter element. A circumferentially extending first sealing element is arranged on an exterior side of the frame wall. The fastening frame has at least one locking element on an exterior side. A second sealing element seals the raw side and the clean side relative to each other, and can be guided into a sealing position upon locking at least one locking element in the installation position.
