There is provided an ATV accessory that is easily coupled to an ATV for carrying or transporting humans and animals in rough terrain or in snowy terrain. The present ATV accessory also provides for a kit to change the mechanism of moving forward through various terrain from wheels or tires of different sizes to ski-like members to allow for transport through snow or icy trails or rough terrain.

Frequency diffuser

A sound reflective acoustic panel includes a panel having a scored surface. The scored surface includes a plurality of substantially parallel spaced apart kerfs. The kerfs are configured to allow the panel to flex. A plurality of support ribs are attached to the scored surface of the panel. The plurality of support ribs have a curved shape and a length. A suspension mechanism is attached to the support ribs and is suitable for mounting the panel to a building support surface.

Sound reflective acoustic panel

Panels for a suspended ceiling of the torsional spring type are disclosed. Such panels can include: a circumferential edge configuration that preserves a very tight tolerance between a surface bearing against a foot portion of a T-bar and a face of the panel; and/or reinforcing ribs in the form of T-bars whose foot portions are inserted between the laminae of a typical ceiling panel. Each circumferential side edge configuration is multifaceted and includes: a first surface intersecting the back surface; a second surface intersecting the first surface and substantially parallel to the face surface; a third surface intersecting the second surface and substantially orthogonal to the face surface; and a fourth surface intersecting, and being beveled relative to, the third surface. The length of the first surface will vary in close proportion to the variations in the thickness of a new panel, which makes the machined back-to-face distance very uniform.

Suspended ceiling panel edge and rib technology

A grid system for torsion spring mounting of aluminum-framed panels is provided which includes a plurality of main grid beams and spacer bars. The main grid beams support a side load mounting clip formed with a slot in the side of the side load mounting clip to engage a torsion spring held by a spring retainer clip such that the panel is supported by the torsion spring. Disengagement of the torsion springs lowers the panels and permits access to the ceiling grid system above the panel members. In a preferred embodiment, the panel has a multifaceted profile including an edge surface that abuts a corresponding edge surface on an adjacent panel. The peripheral edges of the adjacent panel members diverge above the abutting edge surfaces to accommodate either the alignment fin or the tab of the tile stop and diverge below the abutting edge surfaces to form a reveal.
