An ultrasonic mixing reactor configured for mixing of plant nutrients for greater absorption using cavitation. The reactor includes a venturi nozzle fluidly connected to a nozzle device having at least one annular shaped plate comprised of a plurality of apertures constructed and arranged to create cavitation. The nozzle device is fluidly coupled to a first ultrasonic reactor having a plurality of variable frequency ultrasonic transducers mounted within the first ultrasonic reactor for generating acoustic cavitation of the bulk mixed plant nutrients. The first ultrasonic transducer is fluidly connected to a second ultrasonic reactor having a plurality of variable frequency ultrasonic transducers mounted within the second ultrasonic reactor for generating acoustic cavitation of the bulk mixed plant nutrients. The second ultrasonic reactor discharge is fluidly coupled to a plate static mixer constructed and arranged to create hydrodynamic mixing.

Ultrasonic nutrient mixing reactor

A pressurized rod anode having a hollow core that is monitored by a sensor. The hollow core is pressurized at all times, or in the alternative, is of a pressure less than the pressure within a reactor tank. A rod anode that fails to maintain pressure indicates material removal sufficient to breach the integrity of the rod anode. A relay can be used to cause removal of the rod anode power source when a breach of integrity occurs. Indicator lights provide instant monitoring of the rod anode condition, a bypass switch allow temporary operation of a rod anode pending a timed shutdown for repair.

An advanced hydrodynamic cavitation device formed from a cylindrical tube having a flow through chamber. The chamber has a series of stages with each stage formed from at least three plates spaced annularly and extending radially inward at an oblique angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the flow through chamber. Each plate has shear inducing side edges and a plurality of orifices with shear inducing edges. The orifices are arranged perpendicular to the plates and shaped to control the velocity of the fluid. An unrestricted passageway exists along the central axis of the flow through chamber to provide a constant flow for continuous flushing of suspended solids to prevent clogging. Additionally, the passageway will facilitate the insertion of a pressure cleaning tube without requiring that the device be disassembled.

Transportable reactor tank

A portable hydrodynamic cavitation manifold assembly formed from cylindrical tubes having flow-through chambers for collection and distribution of fluids. Each chamber includes a series of baffle units each unit formed from a first plate defined by a first end spaced apart from a second end by a length. The first plate includes a curved outer edge sized to follow the inner side wall of the chamber and a straight inner edge extending from the first end to the second end along the approximate center line of the chamber and positioned at a 45 degree angle relative to the longitudinal length of the tube. A second plate, forming a mirror image of the first plate, is also positioned at a 45 degree angle relative to the longitudinal length of the tube and at a 90 degree angle to the first plate. Each plate includes a plurality of apertures sized to control the velocity of the fluid flow, each aperture having edge walls to induce constriction for hydrodynamic cavitation mixing of fluids.

Portable hydrodynamic cavitation manifold

A self-sustaining, portable, power station that may be moved by land, air, or sea to an area that has no utilities. The station is provided with solar panel arrays in communication with at least one electrical distribution and storage means. The derived electricity is used to power various systems including, albeit not limited to, a communications system, a water filtration system, a water distribution system to allow the public to draw potable water and provide basic hygiene. The electricity derived may also be used to run outside systems, such as schools, hospitals, or the like. The solar panel arrays are mounted on roller assemblies that can be easily slide between a stowed and deployed condition.
