A vehicle port door includes a housing and an interlocking linkage assembly. The interlocking linkage assembly is pivotably connected to the housing.

Articulating vehicle energy source door

A connector assembly is provided. The connector assembly includes a connector body, a movable component selectively movable between an uninstalled state and an installed state, a digital tag, and a digital blocker. When the movable component is moved from the uninstalled state to the installed state, the digital blocker is moved relative to the digital tag from a position where the digital tag is blocked by the digital blocker to a position where the digital tag is unblocked by the digital blocker, thereby providing a digital indication of a successful connection between the connector body and the movable component.

Systems and methods for a connector assembly

A coolant reservoir tank includes a first compartment that is configured to receive and retain a first portion of a liquid coolant. The first compartment is configured to be in fluid communication with a first liquid cooling circuit. A second compartment is configured to receive and retain a second portion of the liquid coolant. The second compartment is configured to be in fluid communication with a second liquid cooling circuit. A dividing wall separates the first compartment from the second compartment. The coolant reservoir tank further includes a fill port.

Coolant reservoir tank

An oil spray system for use in an engine for spraying directly onto a piston or cylinder wall, includes a supply line having at least one nozzle mounted to the supply line and at least one outlet on the nozzle. The system can include a control device. The control device can be mounted to the supply line. The nozzle and/or outlet is configurable to provide a predetermined spray direction or pattern.

Piston cooling jets

A piston cooling jet includes a first body and a second body. The first body includes a housing having an inlet fluidly coupled with nozzle outlets. The second body is coupled to the first body to form an interior chamber disposed inside the first body and the second body. The interior chamber is fluidly coupled with the inlet and the nozzle outlets. The interior chamber directs fluid received via the inlet through the nozzle outlets and out of the piston cooling jet assembly in a direction towards a spray target.

Piston cooling jet assembly

A coupling filter for a fluid system comprising a molded hollow tubular body having a wall defining a flow passage, a porous filter element of generally parabolic cross-sectional shape with a base portion extending across the entire flow passage and a pair of wing portions extending longitudinally of the flow passage and converging toward the base portion. In one form the base portion is cylindrical and in another form it is 'W' shaped with a series of flat mesh panels presented to the flow path.

Filter coupling

A ring link assembly may include a connecting ring including an annular body defining a central opening, a bushing defining a central passage, wherein the bushing is retained by the connecting ring within the central opening, a compression limiter positioned within the central passage of the bushing, and first and second bushing limiters secured to the compression limiter at opposite ends. The first and second bushing limiters securely connect to the compression limiter and the bushing.

Compression-limiting ring link assembly

A linking arm assembly incorporating an improved connection between an elongated rod portion and an engagement element such as a ball stud or the like adapted to join the linking arm to another structure. The linking arm assembly may incorporate an improved ball and socket connection. The socket may include an arrangement of flexible rib elements that are compressed when the ball stud is inserted so as to bias against the ball during use.

Linking arm assembly

A linking arm assembly adapted to receive and retain a ball stud. The assembly includes an elongated rod structure and a socket head and is variable over a range of lengths by adjustment of the relative position of the elongated rod structure and the socket head. Linking arm assemblies consistent with the present disclosure may be adjusted for use in different applications while using common components.

Adjustable linking arm assembly

A ring link assembly is configured to securely link a first component to a second component. The assembly may include a first housing defining a first passage having a first center, and a second housing defining a second passage having a second center. The first and second centers may reside in a common plane. A connecting beam connects the first housing to the second housing. The connecting beam may be canted with respect to the common plane. One or both of the first and second housings may connect to the connecting beam through an arcuate transition joint. A cant of the connecting beam and/or a curvature of the arcuate transition joint may be configured to reduce mechanical interference between the assembly and one or both of the first and second components.

Ring link assembly

A bearing seal particularly suitable for bearings in a direct acting end link of a vehicle suspension system includes a wiper seal between first and second bearing races of the bearing. The wiper seal is secured to one bearing race and extends radially outwardly toward and against the other bearing race.

Direct acting endlink seal

An end link suitable for connecting a direct acting stabilizer bar to a steerable strut includes a rod having first and second grommets thereon. Bearing assemblies are provided adjacent the grommets and include portions thereof connected to for rotation with the grommets and other portions thereof independently rotatable relative to the grommets.

Direct acting end link

A stabilizer for a vehicle suspension system includes a fixed housing having a canister and end caps forming an enclosure. A rod moves axially relative to the housing. Abutment members on the rod are separated by a spring and confront or telescope into end stops in the housing, depending upon a rotated position of the end stops relative to the abutment members.

Enclosed decoupling stabilizer

A roll stabilizer for a vehicle includes a resilient member operatively connected between a movable end and a fixed end, and structure for activating and deactivating operation of the stabilizer by affecting compression of the resilient member.

Decoupling stabilizer and system

A bar clamp assembly configured to be secured to a structure through a fastener includes a bar clamp, a securing base, and a fastener retention member. The securing base may be integrally formed with the bar clamp, and is configured to receive and retain the fastener. The fastener retention member is within or on the securing base, and is configured to secure the fastener in the securing base. The bar clamp assembly may also include a plurality of braces, clips and other support structures between the bar clamp and the securing base in order to provide a more robust assembly.
