A method and apparatus for fluidly coupling a reservoir containing a flowable biomaterial to a mold. The flow of the flowable biomaterial into the mold is controlled in accordance with a first operating parameter. At least one injection condition is monitored. The flow of the flowable biomaterial is controlled in accordance with a second operating parameter in response to one or more of the injection conditions reaching a threshold level. The second operating parameter is maintained during at least a portion of the curing of the flowable biomaterial. In some embodiments, the second operating parameter may optionally include permitting a portion of the flowable biomaterial to be expelled from the mold.

Multi-stage biomaterial injection system for spinal implants

The present invention discloses methods to reduce dusting in bulk materials, such as coal. The method includes mixing with the bulk material either a fraction of the bulk material having an electrostatic charge opposite that of the remainder of the bulk material or a heterologous charge control agent having an electrostatic charge opposite that of the bulk material. The attractive forces between the opposite electrostatic charges agglomerate dust particles to larger particles that quickly settle to control dusting. Also disclosed are materials produced by the methods described above.

Additional methods are provided for comparing new data against the templates in the PDB. An apparatus and method for applying adhesive transfer tape, including an adhesive tape transfer roll holding an adhesive transfer tape, a roll locking cylinder wherein the roll locking cylinder stops the adhesive tape transfer roll from rolling, stopping the transfer of the adhesive transfer tape, and where the locking cylinder further holds the adhesive transfer tape roll for a predetermined time after the completion of the tape transfer such that internal stresses are dissipated. The apparatus and method may further include a piston that raises the adhesive transfer tape at the same time as the roll locking cylinder stops the adhesive tape transfer roll stops rolling.

Method and apparatus for application of adhesive tape to an elongated member

A lightweight, structurally strong, corrosion resistant cabinet comprised of plastic and including a bottom sump for storing corrosive materials is provided. The cabinet has a removable bottom shelf beneath which the sump is located for receiving and holding corrosive materials released in the cabinet chamber. Top, bottom, back and side walls, cabinet door(s), and cabinet shelves each have a honeycomb core that is bonded on each opposed face to at least one overlying layer of fiberglass and resin. The cabinet is preferably comprised entirely of corrosion-resistant plastic.
