A file access request is received from an application. One or more file types for the file access request are identified, and one or more file hosts supporting files of the identified one or more file types are also identified. A user interface is displayed, the user interface including a hosted area. Within the hosted area, at least one of the one or more file hosts displays a portion of the user interface identifying one or more files of at least one file host that can be selected for retrieval, or one or more locations that can be selected to which the one or more files are saved.

File access with different file hosts

This invention is directed to provide a method for enabling an administrator to monitor and selectively limit the computer functions available to a user. The method is carried out on a personal computer by an administrator, and administrator decisions can be enforced on other personal computers in a local network. The invention enables an administrator to restrict a user's logon hours, logon duration, access to computer functions, and access to applications based on content rating. In addition, the administrator may temporarily restrict or extend normally allowed access privileges. The invention also allows for the monitoring, auditing, and reporting of a user's computer function usage to an administrator.

User controls for a computer

A combination ramp and cart device includes a main frame and a pair of wheel support frames mounted thereon. In a ramp configuration the wheel support frames extend upwardly from the main frame and support respective front and back ends of ramp frames, which are removably mounted on the main frame. In a cart configuration the wheel support frames depend downwardly from the main frame and a pair of legs are mounted on the main frame to support same. In a cart configuration of the device, the main frame also mounts a trailer hitch frame. In another aspect of the invention, a hitch-mounted ramp device includes a hitch frame adapted for mounting on a vehicle and a pair of ramps adapted for mounting on the hitch frame.
