The present invention is directed to a cable routing system with a bracket that joins adjacent cable trays. The bracket includes a main body having a top edge, a bottom edge, and sides. The top edge includes at least one notch at a center of the main body to retain transverse wires of the adjacent cable trays. The bottom edge includes a spring arm to hold the bracket in place. The bracket is attached to adjacent cable trays with a longitudinal wire of each cable tray positioned between the top edge and the spring arm to secure the bracket to the cable tray.

Cable tray cable routing system

The present invention is directed to a cable routing system with a bracket that joins adjacent cable trays. The bracket includes a main body with upper members, a bottom member and sides. The upper members have a space therebetween to retain transverse wires of adjacent cable trays. The sides include generally C-shaped arms extending from the sides of the main body and along the back of the main body. When the bracket is secured to the adjacent cable trays a longitudinal wire of each cable tray is positioned between the upper members and the sides of the main body.

The present invention is directed to a cable routing system with brackets that join cable trays to form the cable routing system. A bracket that joins perpendicular cable trays includes a main body and a securing clip. The main body has a bottom and two sides extending upwardly therefrom. Each side of the main body includes a deflectable side latch that engages a bottom longitudinal wire of the cable tray. The securing clip engages the main body to secure the bracket to the cable tray.

A cable routing system formed from a tray with a plurality of transverse wires and a plurality of longitudinal wires. The transverse wires form a generally flat top portion with downwardly extending sidewalls. The longitudinal wires are positioned underneath the top portion, side longitudinal wires are positioned adjacent the downwardly extending sidewalls and bottom longitudinal wires are positioned at an end of each of the downwardly extending sidewalls. The transverse wires and the longitudinal wires form a grid with a plurality of openings for routing a plurality of cables. The cable routing system also includes a sidewall removablely secured to the tray to retain cables routed thereon and a corner radius device removablely secured to the tray to provide bend radius control to cables routed along intersecting cable trays.

A cover is releasably secured to a fitting base. The fitting base includes a bottom and sidewalls with a top edge. The cover includes a top having a latch receiving area, a bottom opposite the top and a sliding latch. The sliding latch is positioned on the latch receiving area of the cover. The sliding latch includes a first end with a finger tab, a main body and a second end with locking feet. In the closed position, the sliding latch secures the cover to the cable fitting base.

The present invention is directed to a wall mount bracket that supports a cable tray in a cable routing system. The wall mount bracket includes a back wall and a sidewall. The back wall has a top, a bottom, sides and mounting holes positioned therebetween. The sidewall extends outwardly from one side of the back wall. The longitudinal wires of the cable tray are positioned on the sidewall of the wall mount bracket. The sidewall also has a distal end with an engaging member that receives a bottom longitudinal wire of the sidewall of the cable tray.

The present invention is directed to a cable routing system with a drop down cable routing device that routes cables from the cable routing system. The drop down cable routing device is attached to a cable tray of the cable routing system. The drop down cable routing device includes an outer shell and an inner core. The outer shell has downwardly extending sides. A bottom of each side of the outer shell includes a mating flange extending therefrom. The inner core is positioned within the outer shell. The inner core has a base with sides and mating flanges extending downwardly from the sides. The mating flanges of the outer shell engage the mating flanges of the inner core to secure the outer shell and the inner core together.

The embodiments provide a barb assembly for use with a cable duct component to oppose removal of a cable duct section from the cable duct component. The barb assembly and/or cable duct component can comprise one or more barb arm supports, which can increase the ability of the barb assembly to oppose removal of the cable duct section from the cable duct component. The embodiments also provide methods of installing cable duct components and systems with the above-described features.

A cable duct coupler for coupling a first cable duct section to a second cable duct section without the need for tools, the cable duct coupler comprising a channel portion, a first outer guide element and a second outer guide element, a barb mount extending from at least one of the channel portion and the outer guide elements, and a barb having a body and first and second arms extending from the body, the barb being mounted on the barb mount, wherein at least a portion of the first arm extends at an angle between the first portion of the channel portion and the barb body and at least a portion of the second arm extends at an angle between the second portion of the channel portion and the barb body.

Cable duct coupler

A cable pathway system has a base with a bottom, a generally planar top surface, a first side, and a second side. The base is configured to be secured to an electronic equipment enclosure and also has an aperture formed therein and a wall positioned adjacent to the aperture. The wall has a curved surface that extends from the top surface to the bottom. A first sidewall extends from the top surface along the first side and extends generally perpendicular to the top surface and substantially along the length of the first side. A second sidewall also extends from the top surface along the second side and extends generally perpendicular to the top surface and substantially along the length of the second side.

Cable pathway system

A cable management system for managing electrical cables in a raised floor grid system is provided. The cable management system includes a cable enclosure including side walls and a base together defining an enclosure cavity. Each of the side walls defines a cable opening and a plurality of bracket openings in communication with the enclosure cavity. The cable management system also includes a sealing assembly installed in each of the cable openings, and a plurality of equipment brackets mountable to the sidewalls via the bracket openings, which are configured to enable mounting of the equipment brackets in vertical and angled orientations. The cable management system further includes a plurality of support brackets connectable to support structure of the raised floor grid system for supporting the cable enclosure on the support structure. The cable enclosure can be installed in the raised floor grid system by removing only a single floor tile.

A cable bend guide includes a curvilinear wall and a mounting clip interconnected with the curvilinear wall. The mounting clip has first and second spaced apart wire hooks adapted to engage at least one wire of a wire basket. The cable bend guide also includes a retaining tab interconnected with the curvilinear wall and adapted to engage another wire of the wire basket.

A parallel path cable routing system that incorporates parallel paths into a single system. The parallel path cable routing system includes a first cable trough having a cable pathway and a second cable trough having a cable pathway. The first cable trough is parallel to the second cable trough. The parallel path cable routing system also includes a single component having a cable pathway that is coupled to both the first and second cable troughs. The single component connects the first cable trough pathway to the second cable trough pathway to allow the cables to run from the first cable trough to the second cable trough thereby transitioning the cables in the parallel path cable routing system.

A pedestal bracket assembly includes a support clamp and a support plate attached to the support clamp. The support clamp is capable of engagement with a vertical support member in a fixed manner. The support plate has an opening formed therein and is adapted for engagement with at least one wire basket. The opening is configured to receive the vertical support member. The support plate is also moveably connected to the support clamp such that the support plate is rotatable about the vertical support member. The pedestal bracket assembly also includes a plurality of retainer clips spaced apart from each other and releasably attached to the support plate.
