A Gatling gun with a magazine feed mechanism for use with a spring-loaded magazine. The magazine feed mechanism is configured to transfer spring-loaded rounds from the magazine into successive chambers of the plurality of chambers in the Gatling gun. The magazine feed mechanism chambers rounds from the spring-loaded magazine as the gun's bolt carrier rotates during firing.

A less-than-lethal pellet gun is provided. The gun includes a plurality of links each holding a pellet. A feed cylinder is configured to advance the links to a firing position and eject each link after its pellet has been fired. The feed cylinder includes a slot portion and a gear portion. The slot portion includes a first slot region, a second slot region, a first angled slot region, and a second angled slot region. A linkage arm is configured to engage the slot portion of the feed cylinder such that linear movement of the linkage arm rotates the feed cylinder to move the pellet to a firing position.

An apparatus for launching a projectile, such as a paintball. The apparatus uses energy generated from the combustion of fuel to propel a projectile out of the apparatus.

Projectile launcher

A device for driving various objects using combustible fuel. Embodiments are contemplated in which the driver could be a post-driver, a power shovel, a jack-hammer or other devices. Typically, the device includes a body with a combustion chamber. A fuel injection valve selectively supplies fuel to the combustion chamber where it can be ignited using an ignition module. A piston is movable within the body to impact the ram responsive to combustion in the combustion chamber.

Apparatus for firing a projectile comprises a receiver, a barrel, a supply of combustible gas, a combustion chamber, a valve arrangement for controlling flow of combustible gas from the supply to the combustion chamber, an igniter, and a passageway for directing combustion gases from the chamber to propel a projectile from the apparatus. In one embodiment, the barrel has a longitudinally-extending central axis, and the combustion chamber is disposed laterally adjacent the axis. A method of operating the apparatus comprises the steps of providing a combustible mixture of gas and air to the combustion chamber, igniting the mixture so as to generate combustion gases, allowing pressure in the combustion chamber to increase to a predetermined level, and releasing the gases from the combustion chamber and directing the gases to propel the projectile through the barrel.

Apparatus for working pliable material

Apparatus for working pliable material comprises a body, at least two rotatable shafts coupled to the body, an embossing assembly detachably coupled to an end of at least one of the shafts, and a cutting assembly and/or a creasing assembly being alternatively coupled to the end of the shaft in place of the embossing assembly. In one embodiment, the apparatus is powered by hand via a rotatable handle coupled to at least one of the shafts. The assembly may further comprise an adjustment wheel and an adjustment shaft for accomodating various material types.

Paintball marker

An ammunition feed mechanism for an automatic or semiautomatic weapon which includes a mechanism for retarding the cyclic feeding of ammunition into the chamber of the weapon. The mechanism for retarding the cyclic feeding of ammunition includes an impeder which engages the bolt of the weapon. The ammunition feed mechanism also includes a magazine having a ramped bottom which directs ammunition projectiles to an exit therein where the ammunition projectiles are fed into the chamber of the weapon. The magazine includes a plurality of curved projections in the bottom which define a plurality of spaces into which the ammunition projectiles are received. The plurality of curved projections also guide the ammunition projectiles through the exit.

A manually driven stitcher or sewing machine. A lever of the stitcher is manually pivotable through an arc to reciprocate a stitching mechanism. When pivoted through the arc, the lever also actuates a clamping assembly, an article advancing mechanism, and a stitching material supplying assembly. The stitcher or sewing machine of the present invention may be used to manually stitch a variety of materials including heavier ones such as leather, nylon strapping, plastic, and rubber.

An apparatus is disclosed for bringing a cutting die into engagement with a workpiece such as leather, the apparatus includes first and second plates secured to C-shaped frame members and a platen for supporting the workpiece that is movable relative to the second plate upon inflation of a bladder secured to the periphery of the second plate upon actuation of first and second valves connected between a source of pressurized air and the bladder.

A pneumatic sewing machine having a housing mounting a presser foot and needle bar for reciprocatory movement and a bobbin for rotary movement, a rocker arm pivotably mounted on the housing having one end attached to the needle bar and the other attached to a pneumatically actuated piston, a rack and pinion operatively connected to the rocker arm for rotating the bobbin, and valve means for controlling delivery of pressurized air from a source to the piston to bring the needle bar proximate the bobbin to perform a stitching operation.

A compressed gas powered marking gun for firing marking pellets and similar projectiles each of which is generally spherical and sufficiently fragile so as to break upon impact with a target is disclosed including a compressed gas source, a projectile supply magazine containing a plurality of projectiles, and means for sequentially aligning projectiles from the supply magazine with the gun barrel through which projectiles may be sequentially discharged. The firing mechanism includes a user actuable trigger for selectively supplying compressed gas from the source to expel a projectile through the barrel, and a selector mechanism movable between a first position where the trigger actuated supplying of gas is disabled, a second position where one actuation of the trigger supplies gas to expel a single projectile, and a third position where compressed gas is repeatedly periodically supplied. The gun includes an improved mechanism for releasing gas to propel a projectile along a gun barrel and from the gun comprising a shuttle valve movable between predetermined limits along a line generally collinear with the gun barrel, a spring biased striker for selectively impacting one shuttle valve end, a user actuable trigger mechanism for releasing the striker to move under the spring bias and impact the shuttle valve one end, a first valve near the shuttle valve one end opened by striker impact to release gas and a second valve near the shuttle valve end opposite said one end.
