In some examples, a shoe pad for a grouser of a vehicle track defines a slot configured to receive a bracket that is configured to attach the shoe pad to a grouser. For example, a first arm of a bracket may be inserted into the slot and a second arm of the bracket may be configured to contact an interior side of a grouser of a vehicle track to attach the shoe pad to the grouser. In some examples, the shoe pad and the bracket may be held to the grouser with the aid of a bolt, which bolt may not extend through the grouser, but, rather, may merely engage with an exterior side of the grouser. In this way, the shoe pad may be able to be attached to a grouser without requiring one or more holes to be present in the grouser, while still providing a relatively tight fit with the grouser the shoe pad is configured to cover.

Vehicle track shoe pad

A tread pattern for a vehicle track, such as an endless track for earth moving equipment, comprises a plurality of blocks. Each block includes two lateral traction portions extending from a center traction portion in substantially opposite directions. The two lateral traction portions are longitudinally aligned. In some examples, each lateral traction portion may define a T-shape. For example, the lateral traction portions of each block may define a protrusion to define the 'T' shape, and, in some examples, the protrusions may extend in opposite longitudinal directions. In some examples, the lateral traction portions of each block may be the same shape, where one lateral traction portion may be oriented at about 180 degrees relative to the other lateral traction portion.

Endless track tread pattern

A tread pattern for a vehicle track, such as an endless track for earth moving equipment, comprises a plurality of groups of tread lugs. Each group of tread lugs may comprise one or more tread lugs defining a generally 'S' shape or a variation thereof. A vehicle track comprising the tread pattern may also comprise a support core that is substantially centered with a center of a group of tread lugs.
