An analog video receiver implemented in an integrated circuit device. The analog video receiver includes an amplifier to amplify an analog video signal having a desired carrier frequency, and a mixing circuit to mix the amplified analog video signal with a complex sinusoid having a frequency substantially equal to the carrier frequency.

Integrated analog video receiver

A method of generating an output signal comprises receiving an input signal, mixing the input signal with a reference signal having a reference frequency to obtain an intermediate frequency signal having an intermediate frequency, filtering the intermediate frequency signal using a filter having a filter characteristic that is configured according to the intermediate frequency and performing frequency translation on the filtered intermediate frequency signal to obtain the output signal.

Configurable signal generator

An analog video receiver implemented in an integrated circuit device. The analog video receiver includes first and second mixing circuits to generate a complex baseband signal by mixing a carrier-frequency analog video signal with respective sinusoids of a quadrature sinusoid pair; and a filtering circuit to subtract a scaled complex conjugate of the complex baseband signal from the complex baseband signal.

Video receiver with adaptive image rejection

A phase synchronous multiple LC tank oscillator is described. A plurality of oscillator stages are configured to oscillate synchronously. The phase of each of the plurality of oscillator stages is substantially the same and the plurality of oscillators are inductively coupled.

Synchronously coupled oscillator

A phase synchronous multiple LC tank oscillator includes a plurality of oscillator stages that are configured to oscillate synchronously. The phase of each of the plurality of oscillator stages is substantially the same and the plurality of oscillators are inductively coupled. The synchronous oscillation is substantially caused by magnetic coupling. The oscillator stages may be electrically coupled during a first time period and the electrical coupling and disconnected or reduced during a second time period.
