A temperature adjustment device () for thermally conditioning preforms () made of a thermoplastic material for subsequent molding including a transport device based on the rotary principle for transporting the preforms along a transport path that has at least one section with two adjacent transport lanes () for transporting the preforms in two adjacent rows. Heating elements () are arranged between the transport lanes for heating the preforms. Each heating element acts on preforms in both transport lanes. At least one compensation device () for compensating for temperature differences between the preforms is assigned to the two transport lanes, which exclusively or more strongly acts on preforms in one of the two transport lanes for adjusting their temperature. A method for producing containers filled with liquid content from preforms made of thermoplastic material. The liquid content is fed as a pressure medium into thermally conditioned preforms during a forming and filling phase in a mold of one of a plurality of forming stations arranged circumferentially spaced apart on a common, continuously rotationally driven working wheel. A compensating device compensates for thermal consequences of centrifugal force acting on the liquid content fed into the preform during the forming and filling phase. The compensating device imparts a temperature profile to the preform in a circumferential direction, which is not point-symmetrical in relation to a longitudinal axis of the preform to produce a thermally differentiated partial circumferential region. The preform is inserted into the mold such that the thermally differentiated partial circumferential region faces in a radial direction of the working wheel.

Heating device for thermally conditioning preforms for blow molding

A method for tempering preforms in a blowing machine, wherein at least one heating box is arranged along a transport path for the preforms. The heating box has reflective walls and forms a heating channel through which the preforms are guided. The heating box also has a heater for heating the preforms in the heating channel, and a cooling device, having a blower, for cooling the reflective walls. The walls are cooled by a quantity of air flowing along the walls outside the heating channel. The heating output of the heater is adjustable. A control device provides open-loop and closed-loop control of the cooling output produced by the cooling device, in particular the supplied quantity of air, depending on the respective heating output of the heater, depending on a measurement of the heating output.

A method for temperature conditioning thermoplastic preforms for blow molding. The preforms are guided along a chain path in a transport direction by a plurality of transport and handling means through a heating apparatus. In a heating section, the plurality of heating devices are arranged one after another in the transport direction. Heating device for a blow-molding machine with a conveying chain for two-row transport of the preforms

A device for heating thermoplastic preforms, including a heating channel formed from a heating module and through which the regions of the preforms to be heated are guided by a conveyor device. Radiant heaters are arranged on a side wall of the heating channel. In the region of a side that lies opposite the radiant heaters and/or the base of the heating channel, reflector elements which act as counter or base reflectors are arranged. The reflector has a reflection layer and a carrier layer. The reflection layer includes a material with a silicon dioxide base and an IR reflection value greater than 90% in the range of 500 to 2500 nm. The carrier layer is a material with greater mechanical strength than the reflection layer and is used as a carrier for the reflection layer. Both layers have a similar coefficient of thermal expansion and are permanently interconnected.
