A hydraulic vibration-damping support comprising two strength members interconnected by an elastomer body which defines a working chamber filled with liquid and separated from an easily-deformable compensation chamber by a rigid partition. The partition includes a decoupling flap which comprises a flexible membrane mounted to move with clearance between two intermediate gratings mounted on two rings via two elastomer bands.

Hydraulic vibration-damping support

A hydraulic vibration-damping support comprising two strength members interconnected by an elastomer body defining in part a working chamber filled with liquid, the working chamber communicating via a constricted passage with a compensation chamber separated from the working chamber by a rigid partition. The rigid partition is provided with two gratings between which a decoupling valve member is mounted with clearance, which decoupling valve member is provided with studs disposed so that the decoupling valve member has a midplane disposed on a slant relative to the gratings.

A hydraulic antivibration support comprises a strength member connected to a plate by an elastomer body whose base is pressed against the plate to define two hydraulic chambers and a narrow channel, all filled with liquid. A perforated insert is embedded in the base of the elastomer body and is crimped to the plate via two fixing edges that are interconnected by two free edges of the base. A rigid cover covers the elastomer body and has flanges which are fixed directly against the plate, the flanges extending towards the elastomer body in the form of bearing zones which press against the free edges of the base of the elastomer body.

Hydraulic antivibration support

A hydraulic antivibration support has a strength member connected to a plate by an elastomer body whose base is pressed against the plate to define two hydraulic chambers and a narrow channel, all filled with liquid. The base of the elastomer body has two opposite sides that are crimped onto the plate and two free sides that are not crimped, each of the free sides having a projecting peripheral sealing lip which is compressed against the plate and which is of asymmetrical profile that is not perpendicular to the support face of the plate, being inclined throughout in the same direction relative to the support face.

A hydraulic antivibration support comprises a strength member connected to a plate by an elastomer body whose base is pressed against the plate to define two hydraulic chambers and a narrow channel all filled with liquid. A perforated sheet metal insert embedded in the base of the elastomer body is crimped to the plate via two fixing edges that are interconnected by two free edges of the base. The perforated insert has a stamped corrugation which defines the narrow channel and whose outer side wall extends around the entire periphery of the plate.

A perforated insert embedded in the base of the elastomer body has tabs crimped over two opposite reception edges of the plate, which edges form rims projecting away from the perforated insert. Each tab has a free end folded behind the corresponding rim to anchor the tab onto the rim.

The hydraulic antivibration support has two rigid strength members interconnected by an elastomer body that has a thick bell-shaped wall, said wall defining a liquid-filled working chamber communicating with a compensation chamber via a narrow channel. The thick wall is of rectangular section and the elastomer body further includes a projection extending in the center of said wall and presenting four side faces each facing one of the sides of said thick wall. Two opposite side faces of the projection are concave in shape so that the projection has a narrow central portion between two thicker end portions.

A hydraulic antivibration support comprises an annular elastomer body surrounding a central axis and interconnecting a first support member and a support plate both of which are likewise annular. The elastomer body has two concentric annular cavities closed by the support plate, and constituting a working chamber and a compensation chamber which is radially defined on the outside by a thin side wall of the elastomer body, said two chambers being filled with liquid and being interconnected by a constricted passage which is defined in part by a channel-section piece located in one of the two chambers.

Hydraulic antivibration support and a motor vehicle subassembly

A hydraulic antivibration support comprises first and second rigid strength members, an elastomer body which has a thick wall interconnecting the two rigid strength members and which defines a portion of a working chamber, and a thin wall of elastomer which defines a portion of a compensation chamber that is connected to the working chamber via a narrow channel, the two chambers and the narrow channel being filled with a liquid. The support includes an abutment having no portion that projects into the working chamber from the inside surface of the thick wall of the elastomer body.

The invention relates to a hydraulic vibration-damping mount including a first rigid reinforcing member (1) and a second rigid reinforcing member (2), an elastomeric body (3) which includes, on the one hand, a thick wall (4) joining the two rigid reinforcing members to one another and partially delimiting a working chamber (A), and, on the other hand, a thin wall (5) which partially delimits a compensation chamber (B) connected to the working chamber by a narrow duct (C), the two chambers and the narrow duct being filled with a liquid, the second reinforcing member being a plate one face of which is secured in leaktight fashion to the elastomeric body in order to delimit, together with the latter, the two chambers and the narrow duct, the thin wall substantially exhibiting the shape of a bell only the edge (5.sub.1) of which is secured to the second reinforcing member.

Hydraulic vibration-damping mounts

A hydraulic antivibration support comprises first and second rigid strength members, an elastomer body having a thick wall interconnecting the two rigid strength members and defining a hydraulic working chamber, and a thin wall defining a hydraulic compensation chamber which is connected to the working chamber via a narrow channel. The elastomer body is extended by a flexible elastomer tongue which is received in a slot-shaped housing of the second strength member, said housing including a face in communication with the working chamber and a face in communication with the compensation chamber, both faces being closable in alternation by the flexible tongue.
