The invention relates to a composite structuring panel () for the trailing edge of an aircraft element, having: an upper surface (); a lower surface (); an edge () connecting said upper () and lower () surfaces; the upper surface () and the lower surface () being connected by transverse stiffeners () and the structuring panel being made of a unitary part forming the upper surface (), the lower surface (), the edge (), and the transverse stiffeners ().
