An injection device for injecting a pressurized liquid into a preform and forming a container. The injection device including a piston device having a piston body and a piston head arranged to reciprocate in the piston body and to fluidly isolate an inner chamber of the piston device. The piston body having a recess portion defining a location where the piston head is not in liquid tight contact with the piston body such that liquid can flow from the inner chamber to a part of the piston body on an opposite the inner chamber. The injection device being arranged for driving the piston head in the recess portion in a clean-in-place (CIP) configuration.

Injection device for a forming and filling station adapted for CIP

A piston device having an inlet through which the piston device can receive liquid and an outlet through which the piston device can inject pressurize liquid. A main body () of the piston device defines an inner chamber and an upstream duct placing the inner chamber in fluidic communication with the inlet. A valve having a valve plate, which is movable along a plate actuation path, between at least an opened position of the plate and a closed position of the plate. The plate actuation path extending at least in part inside the upstream duct.

The injection device for forming a preform into a container and filling the container, and further including a main housing having an inlet, an outlet and an injection chamber, a closing body movable relative to the outlet between a closed position and an opened position, a closing diaphragm attached at least to the closing body, the injection chamber being delimited at least by an inner surface of the closing diaphragm, the closing diaphragm having an outer surface defining an outside area, a bearing surface against which a supported portion of the outer surface of the closing diaphragm is applied. The closing diaphragm further includes a free portion forming with the supported portion the whole outer surface of the closing diaphragm. The bearing surface is arranged such that the surface of the free portion decreases when the closing body moves from the closed position to the opened position.

Injection device comprising at least one flexible diaphragm

An injection device for injecting a pressurized liquid into the preform. The injection device includes a piston device having a piston body with a piston head arranged to reciprocate therein. The piston head cooperates with a sealing portion of the piston body to fluidicly isolate an inner chamber of the piston device. The piston body being in fluidic communication with a liquid source for admitting liquid into the inner chamber. The piston body including at least two outlet ducts for delivering pressurized liquid to the injection head. Each outlet duct opening defining an outlet port in a wall of the inner chamber. Each outlet port being centered on an outlet port center, wherein all the outlet port centers extend in the same radial planes of the inner chamber, are at the same distance from the piston axis and are arranged angularly in a regular manner around the piston axis.

Injection device for a forming and filing a container using a pressurized liquid

A station for forming a container from a preform. The station having a main body including a preform seat adapted to receive a preform and an injection assembly. The injection assembly including an injection nozzle, comprising an inlet and an outlet, that is movable between a retracted position and an injection position. An injection device arranged to inject liquid to the inlet of the injection nozzle. The injection device includes a housing, defining a main chamber having an actuation aperture, and a closing element movable relative to the housing and closing the actuation aperture. The injection nozzle and the housing of the injection device are rigidly fixed to each other so as to form a single unit.

Station for forming a container operable in an injection configuration and in a displacement configuration

A method of hydroforming a container from a preform. During the method, an injection nozzle is moved from a retracted position, where the nozzle is spaced away from the neck of the preform, to an intermediate position, where contact is established between a first contact surface of the nozzle and the finish of the preform. The nozzle is then moved from the intermediate position to an injection position, where a second contact surface of the nozzle abuts an abutment surface and the neck is axially compressed. With the nozzle in the injection position, a liquid is injected from the nozzle into the preform causing the preform to expand and form the container.

A control rod is provided in the chamber and includes a duct extending through said control rod. A central rod extends in the duct and is movable between a retracted position and an active position. The central rod and the duct being arranged to prevent fluidic communication between the duct and the chamber when the central rod moves between its retracted and active positions. The central rod and the control rod are further movable relative to each other into a cleaning position, in which the duct is placed in fluidic communication with the chamber.

The equipment includes a degassing means capable of expanding the blowing fluid around the blowing cavity, wherein said means includes a plurality of channels () arranged around said blowing cavity, said channels () having one side opening into the inner volume of the degassing means () while the other side gives into an annular channel () for discharge into the atmosphere.

The invention relates to a station for the stretching/blowing of preforms having an upward-facing open end. The inventive station comprises a bracket that supports a blow mould, a stretch rod and means for controlling the movements of the stretch rod. The aforementioned control means comprise: (i) an actuator, and (ii) a roller and a speed control cam, said roller coming into contact with the speed control cam as the stretch rod enters the blow mould, thereby controlling the speed with which the stretch rod enters the blow mould. The invention is characterised in that the speed control cam is disposed below the base of the blow mould.

The invention is characterized in that the trajectory of the receiving means and the trajectory of the gripping member are superimposed along at least one intersecting line (P-P, P-P).
