System, method and program for managing electronic sticky notes. At a first workstation, a user defines content of an electronic sticky and specifies one or more workstations to receive and display the electronic sticky note. The first workstation sends to a server, via one or more networks, a definition of the electronic sticky note and the specification of the one or more workstations to receive and display the electronic sticky note. The server sends a request, via one or more networks, to the one or more workstations to display the electronic sticky note. The request includes a definition of the electronic sticky note. The server can verify that the one or more workstations are currently on line and/or verify that the user is authorized to send the electronic sticky note to the one or more workstations.

Managing electronic sticky notes

A system and method for event resolution. The method includes determining whether a post-scheduled event or a pre-scheduled event conflicts with a scheduled event. The method further includes extracting details of the post-scheduled event or the pre-scheduled event and automatically populating a response with at least some of the extracted details. The method further includes sending the response with an accept indication when the post-scheduled event or the pre-scheduled event does not conflict with the scheduled event, or sending the response with a cancel indication when the post-scheduled event or the pre-scheduled event conflicts with the scheduled event, or sending the response with a tentatively accept indication when the post-scheduled event or the pre-scheduled event conflicts with the scheduled event.

Electronic calendar auto event resolution system and method

A method for preparing and replying to multi-party e-mails is provided. The method includes opening an e-mail composition window in an e-mail application for generating an e-mail, specifying one or more recipients from a plurality of recipient groups for the e-mail, creating one or more response sections, identifying at least one recipient for each of the response sections, and sending the e-mail. The creating step further includes creating a general section in the e-mail. The method further includes selecting a delivery option from a plurality of delivery options for the e-mail prior to sending the e-mail and receiving one or more return receipts based on the delivery option selected in the e-mail sent. The method further includes selecting a response section in a received e-mail, and generating a reply to the response section in a reply e-mail composition window containing the response section.

Method and system for preparing and replying to multi-party e-mails

A method, system and program product for determining a number of concurrent users being served by a system at a given point-in-time is provided. The method includes running, at a pre-determined point-in-time, a collection script for collecting user data from one or more target systems, the user data collected including a number of concurrent users logged into each of the target systems at the pre-determined point-in-time. The method further includes generating one or more electronic transmissions for transmitting the user data collected, loading the one or more electronic transmissions generated into a monitoring system, and creating an output file containing the user data. Further, the loading step includes parsing the user data loaded, storing the user data collected and parsed into a database and updating the stored user data. Moreover, the method includes transmitting the output file from the monitoring system to one or more monitoring system clients.

Method, system and program product for determining a number of concurrent users accessing a system

Provided are techniques for providing context-based user assistance. A request from a user for user assistance content for a first configurable element is received. One or more rules are retrieved for the first configurable element, wherein at least one of the rules describes a second configurable element that is related to the first configurable element. The one or more rules are used to identify context-based user assistance content for configuring at least one of the first configurable element and the second configurable element. The user assistance content is provided to the user.

A method and program product for tracking a file attachment in an e-mail is provided. The method includes attaching one or more file attachments to an e-mail, selecting one or more return receipt properties for the file attachments attached to the e-mail, sending the e-mail to one or more intended recipients and writing to an e-mail data log file a set of details pertaining to the file attachments attached to the e-mail sent, such that a sender is able to track in the e-mail data log file any file attachments attached to the e-mail sent. Preferably, the method includes notifying the sender when either a delivery failure or a delivery discrepancy occurs for any file attachment attached to the e-mail sent to any intended recipients. More preferably, the method includes managing the set of details pertaining to the file attachments in the e-mail data log file.

Method and program product for tracking a file attachment in an e-mail

A cellular telephone signal monitoring method and system. The method includes receiving and storing by a computing system from a first cellular telephone, a first profile associated with a first user of the first cellular telephone and first monitoring data associated with the first user and the first cellular telephone. The computing system receives and stores from a plurality of cellular telephones, first additional monitoring data associated with a plurality of users and the plurality of cellular telephone. The computing system analyzes the first monitoring data and the first additional monitoring data. The computing system generates a first analysis report based on results of the analyzing. The computing system transmits to the first cellular telephone and the plurality of cellular telephones the first analysis report.

A system and method for providing customized help to a vehicle user when a vehicle problem is detected. The method includes detecting vehicle data that indicates a condition of a vehicle and obtaining profile data comprising an estimated mechanical skill level of a user.
