The present application provides an underwater-wellhead feeding tool assembly and a use method thereof. The device controls a controller to add pressure to an inside of a drive cylinder through a first pipeline via a first port, and to add pressure to a cavity apace between a pressure-bearing cylinder and the drive cylinder through a first branch line; the controller controls, through a third branch line, the drive device to transmit a torque to the underwater wellhead feeding tool, and transmit, through a second branch line, an axial force to the underwater wellhead feeding tool; and then a sensing component transmits a detected stress signal and/or strain signal to a data acquisition device through a test lead, thereby testing and analyzing an effect of different force field conditions on mechanical behaviors and performance of the underwater wellhead feeding tool.

The method includes: determining a lateral vibration displacement of each position of the riser at different times in an installation process according to a mechanical model of the deepwater drilling riser in the installation process, determining a stress generated by a lateral vibration of the riser in the installation process, determining a vibration reduction control speed applied to a bottom of the riser in the installation process according to the stress and the lateral vibration displacement of each position of the riser at different times in the installation process, and performing a vibration reduction control on the bottom of the riser based on the vibration reduction control speed.

The running tool includes a spindle connected to a hollow suspension structure via a torque transmission structure, one end of the spindle slidably passes through a hollow piston, the suspension structure rotates with the spindle and slide along the piston, the inner cavity of the torque transmission structure communicates with that of the suspension structure to form a piston cavity; the piston cavity and the piston form a hydraulic piston structure; and one end of the suspension structure away from the torque transmission structure can rotatably hook to and lift upward to release the annulus sealing device, and one end of the piston away from the torque transmission structure can radially expand to hook to the casing hanger and can radially contract to release the casing hanger.

A surge arrester and a method for manufacturing the surge arrester are disclosed. The surge arrester includes a preassembled active part extending in a longitudinal direction, and a separately produced flexible housing defining a bore in the longitudinal direction and having an opening at an end surface of the flexible housing. The flexible housing is arranged surrounding the active part via the bore and in contact with the active part. The contact causes a deformation of the flexible housing in a circumferential direction, and the deformation generates a pressure applied on the active part along a radial direction.

Surge arrester and associated manufacturing method

The invention relates to the field of petroleum drilling fluids, and discloses a super-amphiphobic strongly self-cleaning high-performance water-based drilling fluid comprising polymeric super-amphiphobic agent and a drilling method. The polymeric super-amphiphobic agent comprises structural units A derived from acrylamide, structural units B derived from methyl methacrylate, structural units C derived from butyl acrylate, structural units D derived from a compound represented by the following formula (1), structural units E derived from a silane coupler, and nano-titania; wherein the nano-titania is bonded to the polymeric super-amphiphobic agent via the structural unit E, and the silane coupler is a silane coupler having double bonds; R is a C3-C8 perfluoroalkyl group. A water-based drilling fluid additive prepared from the polymeric super-amphiphobic agent in the present invention has excellent wettability, inhibition, lubrication, reservoir protection, and rheology and fluid loss properties. 

Super-amphiphobic strongly self-cleaning high-performance water-based drilling fluid and drilling method

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petrochemical industry, in particular to use of dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant as amphiphobic wettability reversal agent in drilling fluid. The dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant is a dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant of which the cation part is represented by the following formula (1). The dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant of the present invention can serve as wettability reversal agent when it is used for oil-gas drilling to enable rock amphiphobic, and is an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent which can cause rock surface to be non-hydrophilic and non-lipophilic. Using of dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant, especially when drilling highly hydrous mud shale, can avoid permeation of water and oil into the rock effectively and thereby a capillary phenomenon can be prevented, and an effect of stabilizing the well wall and protecting the reservoir is attained. 

Use of dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant as amphiphobic wettability reversal agent in drilling fluid

A super-amphiphobic composite material and use of the same as an inhibitor, lubricant, reservoir protectant, and accelerator in water-based drilling fluids. A method for preparing the amphiphobic composite material includes: performing a first mixing of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide in an alcohol-water mixed solvent under an alkaline condition, to obtain a dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide; then introducing a fluorosilicone-containing coupler into the dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide and performing a second mixing. The amphiphobic composite material may be applied in water-based drilling fluids. It has an effect of strongly inhibiting hydrated swelling and disintegration, low toxicity and high compatibility; can solve problems such as well wall instability, blockage of drilling tools, and reservoir damage, etc.; and has long-term practical value in complicated wells such as extra-deep wells, horizontal wells and extended reach wells, and in mud-bearing shale formations.

Super-amphiphobic composite material and use of the same as inhibitor, lubricant, reservoir protectant, and accelerator in water-based drilling fluids

The present invention relates to well drilling field in the petroleum industry, particularly to accelerator used for drilling fluids, water-based drilling fluid and usage thereof. The accelerator contains: sulfonated polyglycerol long-chain fatty acid ester, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alcohol ether carboxylate, glycidyl ether, and polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether; wherein, the weight ratio of the sulfonated polyglycerol long-chain fatty acid ester:the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether:the alcohol ether carboxylate:the glycidyl ether:the polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether is 100:1-10:0.5-10:1-10:1-10. The accelerator provided in the present invention can lubricate the drill bit and drilling tool, prevent accumulation of drill cuttings, reduce friction, and improve rate of penetrate.

Accelerator used for drilling fluids, water-based drilling fluid and usage thereof

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in the petroleum industry, particularly to film former used for coal-bed gas well drilling and preparation method thereof, drilling fluid and usage thereof. The preparation method of the film former includes: (1) controlling polycaprolactone diol and diisocyanate to have a first polymerization reaction in the presence of a polyurethane catalyst, to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer with two ends blocked by diisocyanate; (2) controlling the product of the first polymerization reaction to have a chain extension reaction with a polyalcohol; (3) controlling the product of the chain extension reaction and one part of hydroxyalkyl acrylate monomer to have an additive reaction, and then introducing the other part of hydroxyalkyl acrylate monomer and a styrene monomer, and emulsifying in water to obtain an emulsion; (4) mixing a radical initiator with the emulsion to have a second polymerization reaction.

Film former used for coal-bed gas well drilling and preparation method thereof, drilling fluid and usage thereof

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a nano-hybrid lubricant and method thereof, and oil-based drilling fluid. The lubricant comprises: graphite oxide and a biquaternary ammonium salt compound of which the cation part is represented by formula (1). The present invention also provides a method for preparation of the lubricant and an oil-based drilling fluid containing the lubricant. The lubricant provided in the present invention can be comprehended as a nano-hybrid material. Thus, oil-based drilling fluids that contain the lubricant provided in the present invention have lower lubrication coefficient and excellent lubricating property without or with little negative impact on rheological property of the oil fluid, and the lubricant provided in the present invention has excellent thermostability thus suitable for use in operation at a high temperature. 

Nano-hybrid lubricant and method thereof, and oil-based drilling fluid

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a drilling fluid additive composition that contains a lubricant, an emulsifier, and a rheological modifier, wherein, the lubricant contains: graphite oxide and a biquaternary ammonium salt compound in which the cation part is represented by formula (1); the emulsifier is one or more of compounds represented by formula (I); the rheological modifier is a dimer acid-organic amine copolymer comprising structural units from dimer acid, structural units from alkylamine and structural units from arylamine. The present invention further provides an oil-based drilling fluid containing the composition and a use thereof. The oil-based drilling fluid containing the composition provided in the present invention obtains a lower lubrication coefficient, and favorable rheological property and thermostability, and is suitable for use in operation at a high temperature 

Drilling fluid additive composition, and oil-based drilling fluid and use thereof

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a drilling fluid additive composition suitable for coal-bed gas wells, and a water-based drilling fluid and use of the water-based drilling fluid. The drilling fluid additive composition suitable for coal-bed gas wells, comprising a tackifying and shear improver, a capsulating agent, a filtrate reducer, and an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent, wherein, the tackifying and shear improver is a copolymer comprising structural units represented by formula (1), structural units represented by formula (2), and structural units represented by formula (3); the capsulating agent is a comb-like polysaccharide compound; the filtrate reducer is nanocrystalline cellulose, and the amphiphobic wettability reversal agent is a dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant. The composition provided in the present invention can be used as an additive in a solid-free brine drilling fluid, so that the brine drilling fluid obtains advantages of a high penetration rate and a low residue rate. 

Drilling fluid additive composition suitable for coal-bed gas wells, and water-based drilling fluid and use thereof

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a drilling fluid additive composition and a water-based drilling fluid suitable for high pressure plugging while drilling. The composition contains a bridging agent, a nano-plugging agent, a rheological modifier, a bionic wall bracing agent, and a bionic shale inhibitor, wherein, the bridging agent is a weak-crosslinked copolymer, in which the content of cross-linker structures is 0.1-1 wt. %; the nano-plugging agent is modified nanometer silicon dioxide particles; the rheological modifier is a dimer acid-organic amine copolymer; and the bionic wall bracing agent is carboxymethyl chitosan with a dopamine-derived base group grafted on its main chain. With a synergistic effect among the bridging agent, the nano-plugging agent, the rheological modifier, the bionic wall bracing agent, and the bionic shale inhibitor in the composition provided in the present invention, the water-based drilling fluid containing the composition as additive can attains an excellent plugging effect in a drilling process.

Drilling fluid additive composition and water-based drilling fluid suitable for high-pressure plugging

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petrochemical industry, and discloses a drilling fluid additive composition comprising a nano-plugging agent, a bionic wall bracing agent, a bionic shale inhibitor, an emulsifier, and an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent, wherein, the nano-plugging agent is modified silicon dioxide nano-particle, and its modifying group includes a modifying copolymer chain; the bionic wall bracing agent is carboxymethyl chitosan with a dopamine-derived group grafted on its main chain; the bionic shale inhibitor is composed of structural units of arginine and structural units of lysine; and the amphiphobic wettability reversal agent is a dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant. The present invention further provides a pseudo oil-based drilling fluid suitable for horizontal shale gas wells containing the above composition. When the water-based drilling fluid contains the drilling fluid additive composition provided in the present invention, the water-based drilling fluid would have high temperature-resistance, high plugging and high inhibition performance, is environment friendly, especially have high density, and is especially suitable for horizontal shale gas well mining.

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petrochemical industry, and discloses a high-density water-based drilling fluid suitable for horizontal shale gas wells comprising a nano-plugging agent, a bionic wall bracing agent, a bionic shale inhibitor, a filler, an emulsifier, and an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent, wherein, the nano-plugging agent is modified silicon dioxide nano-particle, and its modifying group includes a modifying copolymer chain; the bionic wall bracing agent is carboxymethyl chitosan with a dopamine-derived group grafted on its main chain; the bionic shale inhibitor is composed of structural units of arginine and structural units of lysine; the filler consists of calcium carbonate of 1,600-2,500 mesh, calcium carbonate of 1,050-1,500 mesh, and calcium carbonate of 500-1,000 mesh at a weight ratio of 1:0.55-6:0.55-6; and the amphiphobic wettability reversal agent is a dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant. The drilling fluid provided herein is suitable for use in shale gas mining.
