An injection device for metering a fluid, having the following: a valve, which has a valve needle and a valve seat; a nozzle shaft, which surrounds the valve needle and which holds a volume of the fluid; and an inlet chamber, which adjoins the nozzle shaft on the side of the nozzle shaft facing away from the valve and which has a flow connection to the nozzle shaft. The injection device has at least one compressible volume compensation element, which is filled with a gas and which, within the injection device, is in contact with the fluid.

The present disclosure relates to actuators. Various embodiments may include a laminated magnet armature for an electromagnetic actuating device, an injection valve for metering a fluid, and/or an electromagnetic actuating device having a laminated magnet armature. For example, a laminated magnet armature for an electromagnetic actuating device wherein the magnet armature is displaceable along an axis A in a movement direction may include a multiplicity of interconnected laminations oriented perpendicular to the axis A and stacked to form a lamination stack with a bottom side and a top side. Each lamination includes at least one recess open toward an edge of the lamination. The laminations are arranged within the lamination stack so the recesses form at least one duct extending through the lamination stack from the bottom side to the top side.

The disclosure relates to a fuel injection valve that includes a valve needle, a closing spring applying a spring force to the valve needle, which spring force loads the valve needle in the direction of a closing position, and an actuator assembly. A coil of the actuator assembly produces a magnetic force on a magnet armature of the actuator assembly such that, as the magnet armature travels toward a pole piece of the actuator assembly, the magnet armature covers an idle stroke to a stop element of the valve needle and then carries the valve needle toward the pole piece. A spring constant of the closing spring and the magnetic force are matched such that the magnitude of the resultant force of the spring force and the magnetic force decreases with increasing distance of the valve needle from the closing position and remains the same with increasing the distance.

The present disclosure relates to internal combustion engines. Various embodiments of the teaching thereof may include a fluid injection device for internal combustion engines, for example: a valve body with a valve needle; a spring element compressed in a radial direction between the valve body and the valve needle; the spring element supporting the valve needle on the valve body; and the spring element guiding the valve needle to at least substantially prevent tilting of the valve needle relative to the longitudinal axis during operation of the fluid injection device.
