A system includes a seat moveable between an upright position and a reclined position, and an airbag module mounted to the seat. The airbag module includes an airbag inflator, an airbag, and a panel attached to a folded portion of the airbag. A tether is coupled to the folded portion via the panel, the tether being retracted relative to the airbag module when the seat is in the upright position and extended when the seat is in the reclined position.

The airbag has a first segment supported by the vehicle roof and a second segment supported by the liftgate. The airbag includes a conduit fluidly connecting the first inflation chamber and the second inflation chamber.

The assembly includes a first anchor supported by the first pillar movable along an axis to an engaged position. The assembly includes a first rod supported by the first door movable along an axis to an engaged position. The first anchor is lockingly engaged with the first rod when first anchor is in the engaged position. The first rod is lockingly engaged with the second rod when the first rod is in the engaged position and the first anchor is in the engaged position.

An assembly includes a first seat and a second seat spaced from the first seat. The assembly includes an airbag supported by the first seat. The airbag is inflatable to an inflated position between the seats. The airbag has a main chamber, a pair secondary chambers supported by the main chamber, and a tether releasably connected to the secondary chambers. The secondary chambers are maintained by the tether in an undeployed position relative to the main chamber and the secondary chambers are releasable by the tether to a deployed position in a cross-vehicle direction relative to the main chamber. The assembly includes a computer including a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor to identify that an occupant is seated in the first seat, identify that an occupant is seated in the second seat and release the tether based on the identification of the occupants seated seats.
