A determination is produced as to the number of leads that can be provided from a system to a target business entity, wherein the leads are generated from a plurality of platforms. The platforms may include platforms that comprise system sources for leads, i.e., sources that are internal or organic to the system, for which it is unnecessary to pay third parties for the leads. The platforms may also include platforms that comprise external sources for leads, such that the leads must be purchased from the external sources. In response to parameters related to the target business entity, an estimated number of leads per unit time is generated for a range of payments to the system by the target business entity. The number of leads to be originated from each of the respective platforms is determined by business rules preferences, which may be specified by the target business entity. Adjustments can be made in real time to the mix of platforms from which leads are generated, in response to received performance data and pricing information.

Dynamic determination of service allocation and fulfillment

A management system can recommend and manage publishing content with publishers of business information. A representative can provide unique identifying information for a business that can be used to determine a category of similar businesses. Based on the identified category, a list of publishers can be identified to the representative as related to the business category. The representative can select one or more of the publishers to publish content about the business. Based on the representative selection, the system can request a set of content from the representative. After receiving the content from the representative, the system can translate the content to formats acceptable to each of the publishers. The content can then be provided to the publishers to publish. The published content can then be monitored for problems, and corrected if problems are discovered.

Centralized publisher management

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for managing and evaluating leads from incoming calls are provided. A first inbound call from a first caller may be received. A first set of information identifying characteristics of the first inbound call may be processed. A second set of information identifying characteristics of the first inbound call may be determined based on the first set of information. A first category may be matched to the first inbound call. A first receiver may be determined. A second inbound call from a second caller may be received. A third set of information identifying characteristics of the second inbound call may be processed. A fourth set of information identifying characteristics of the second inbound call may be determined based on the third set of information. A second category may be matched to the second inbound call. A second receiver may be determined.

Systems and methods for lead routing

Systems, methods, apparatus, and computer-readable media are provided to track call information pertinent to calls responsive to advertisements. A message may be received via a data network from a communication device running an application. The application may be associated with a communication reference. Responsive to selection of a user-selectable option that may correspond to an advertisement presented via the communication device, the message may be sent, via the data network, to a call information handling system. The message may indicate call information. Unique identification of the communication device and/or a user may be determined. The call information may be stored in a tracking information repository in association with the unique identification.
