A differential cooperative active steering system for a front-axle independent-drive vehicle with electric wheels includes a steering rack which is arranged between a first steering wheel and a second steering wheel, and is able to generate lateral displacement and pull the first and second steering wheels to steer; a planetary gear mechanism, including a first input end, a second input end and an output end; a steering angle coupling motor, connected to the first input end; and an input shaft of the steering wheel, connected to the second input end. The planetary gear mechanism can realize the coupling between an input steering angle of an input shaft of the steering wheel and an input steering angle of the steering angle coupling motor. In addition, a method for controlling the differential cooperative active steering system is provided.

Differential cooperative active steering for a front-axle independent-drive vehicle with electric wheels and control method therefor

A dual-mode active rear-wheel steering device, including: a steering motor, a main shaft, an intermediate gear, a transmission gear, a planetary gear coupling mechanism and a mode switching assembly. An output end of the steering motor is provided with a first input gear. An end of the main shaft drives a first rear wheel to rotate by a two-stage gear transmission system and a first rear-wheel motion conversion mechanism, and the other end of the main shaft drives a second rear wheel to rotate by the planetary gear coupling mechanism and a second rear-wheel motion conversion mechanism. The intermediate gear, the transmission gear and a sun gear of the planetary gear coupling mechanism are provided on the main shaft. The intermediate gear meshes with the first input gear.

Dual-mode active rear-wheel steering device

An active steering system using planetary gear set with less tooth difference and a control method thereof. The system includes a first input shaft with one end connected to a steering wheel of an automobile and the other end fixedly sleeved with a first gear; a ring gear sleeve, where a ring gear is fixedly mounted in the ring gear sleeve circumferentially, and a hollow shaft protrudes from a center of an end of the ring gear sleeve and is fixedly sleeved with a second gear engaged with the first gear; a second input shaft with one end fixedly connected to an output end of a coupled motor and the other end fixedly sleeved with a third gear; an eccentric shaft with one end fixedly sleeved with a fourth gear engaged with the third gear and the other end sleeved in the hollow shaft and eccentrically provided with a boss.

Active steering system using planetary gear set with less tooth difference and control method thereof

The present invention relates to a steer-by-wire and independent-drive integrated wheel-side electric drive device, including a first double-rotor motor and a second double-rotor motor, fixedly arranged coaxially along an axial direction of a motor, an inner rotor of the first double-rotor motor is connected with a first drive shaft and is used for driving a wheel on one side to rotate; an inner rotor of the second double-rotor motor is connected with a second drive shaft and is used for driving a wheel on the other side to rotate; an outer rotor of the first double-rotor motor and an outer rotor of the second double-rotor motor are respectively connected with a driving gear by virtue of an output shaft.
