A web server device can match a series of commands from a user device to a workflow associated with a particular type of action. The web server device can, based on the particular type of action, select a particular database device from which to obtain data for executing the particular type of action. The web server device can prevent, via a user interface displayable by the user device, the user from entering information on the user interface that is unnecessary for executing the particular type of action. The web server device can retain, on the user interface, requests for information for executing the particular type of action.

Web page action guidance system

A web server device is configured for communicating with a user device over a network via a web page. The web server device can detect a series of commands received from the user device. The web server device can match the series of commands to a workflow associated with a particular type of action. The web server device can, based on the particular type of action, select a particular database device from which to obtain data for executing the particular type of action. The web server device can generate, using data obtained from the particular database device, information for a user interface that is displayable by the user device for guiding a user via the web page to input information needed for the particular type of action.

A web server device is configured for communicating with a user device over a network via a web page. The web server device can receive an indication from the user device and can determine an action indicated by the user device among multiple actions that include transfer money, bill payment, direct deposit, person-to-person payment, and wire transfer. The web server device can determine the action indicated by the user device among the multiple actions by identifying a type of action solely from an identification of a recipient received from the user device and using stored data that includes associations of types of actions with a plurality of recipients. The web server can generate information for a user interface that is displayable by the user device for guiding the user via the web page to input information needed for the action determined from the multiple actions.

A system is provided for guiding selection of an action via a web page. The system includes a web server device, database devices, and a backend application server. The web server device is designed for communicating with a user device over a network via the web page by receiving an indication from the user device, determining the action indicated by the user device among multiple actions, and generating information for a user interface that is displayable by the user device for guiding a user to input information needed for the determined action. The backend application server system is designed by for communicating data between the web server device and the database devices and for commanding an external system to perform the action by outputting a command to the external system to execute the action using the information.

Examples of systems and methods for processing email bounceback messages are disclosed. One disclosed method includes the steps of receiving a bounceback email message, determining a classification for the bounceback email message, determining a corrective action for the bounceback email message based on the classification, and executing the corrective action. In another example, program code for performing such a method is encoded on a non-transitory computer-readable media.
