Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for multilingual simultaneous interpretation using a distributed ledger are disclosed. A multilingual interpretation server determines that a new word has been added to a first language node, the first language node corresponding to a first language, and broadcasts, to a plurality of other language nodes, a request to interpret the new word, wherein each of the plurality of other language nodes corresponds to a different language. Each of the plurality of language nodes interprets the new word into a particular language and adds the new word and one or more interpretations of the new word to an entry in a dictionary ledger. A multilingual interpretation service provides simultaneous multilingual translations of from a source language to a plurality of target languages using the shared distributed dictionary ledger. A multilingual interpretation client is provided for accessing services provided by the multilingual interpretation service.

Multilingual simultaneous interpretation using a distributed ledger

An audio file format of an audio portion of a natural language content is determined. Using a trained audio language identification model, a human language included in the audio portion is identified. Using a trained audio to text model trained on the human language, the audio portion is converted to a corresponding set of text data. The set of text data is indexed. Using the indexed set of text data responsive to a search query, a search result is generated, the search query specifying a search including a non-textual portion of the natural language content.

Multi-format content repository search

An embodiment includes generating first and second preliminary schedules for respective first and second workers assigned respective first and second tasks, detects a block of time that is part of both the first and second preliminary schedules, and generates respective first and second location predictions for the first and second workers during the block of time. The embodiment calculates a distance between the first and second workers based on the first and second location predictions, and revises, responsive to determining that the distance is less than a threshold value, the second preliminary schedule to replace the first block of time with a second block of time that is not part of the first preliminary schedule. The embodiment generates an access control list that includes the first preliminary schedule as a first access schedule for the first worker for use in responding to access queries.

Pattern analysis for schedule optimization

An embodiment includes establishing a demand threshold for adding a locale to an installation list based at least in part on selection data indicative of an input from a user. The embodiment also includes monitoring user inputs to a cloud computing environment so as to detect user inputs that include requests to install the locale. The embodiment also includes dynamically updating a demand score associated with the locale based on ongoing detection of locale installation requests during the monitoring of user inputs. The embodiment also includes automatically adding the locale to the installation list upon detecting that the demand score satisfied the demand threshold.

Using a biometric sensor coupled to a touchscreen, fingerprint data is collected from within a plurality of virtual key areas of the touchscreen. A virtual key area in the plurality of virtual key areas comprises an area of the touchscreen configured to display an input prompt and collect touch data responsive to the input prompt. Responsive to determining that the fingerprint data has above a threshold level of similarity with stored fingerprint data associated with each of the virtual key areas and that a sequence of the virtual key areas matches a stored key sequence, access to a protected resource is allowed.

An embodiment includes converting an original audio signal to an original text string, the original audio signal being from a recording of the original text string spoken by a specific person in a source language. The embodiment generates a translated text string by translating the original text string from the source language to a target language, including translation of a word from the source language to a target language. The embodiment assembles a standard phoneme sequence from a set of standard phonemes, where the standard phoneme sequence includes a standard pronunciation of the translated word. The embodiment also associates a custom phoneme with a standard phoneme of the standard phoneme sequence, where the custom phoneme includes the specific person's pronunciation of a sound in the translated word. The embodiment synthesizes the translated text string to a translated audio signal including the translated word pronounced using the custom phoneme.

Embodiments include retrieving, from a repository, an adapted form of the regular expression based on the initial form. Embodiments include evaluating the adapted regular expression to produce an output.

Adaptation of regular expressions under heterogeneous collation rules

A set of images and a corresponding set of textual information are received, such that a first textual information is to be presented with a first image. The first textual information is translated into a set of translated textual information, each textual information in the set of translated textual information corresponding to a language in a set of languages. A set of layout parameters is determined for at least one translated textual information. The translated textual information is transformed according to the set of layout parameters and overlaid on the first image. The overlaying causes a pixel of the transformed translated textual information to be superimposed on a pixel of the first image.

Dynamic synchronized image text localization

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are described for generating a customized lightweight web font corresponding to web content and providing the lightweight font to a requesting client device to enable the client device to render the web content using the customized lightweight font. The customized lightweight font only includes glyphs corresponding to those characters that appear in the web content. The file size of the lightweight web font is substantially less than the file size of the complete web font, and thus, there is substantially less latency and overhead associated with downloading the lightweight web font as compared to downloading the entire web font. A glyph demanding assessment can be performed to identify a set of characters contained in the web content such that corresponding glyphs can be extracted from the web font and used to generate the customized lightweight web font.

One or more embodiments are described for function-message identifier oriented test case generation for seamlessly supporting continuous globalization verification testing in agile computer program product development. An example computer-implemented method includes identifying a newly added globalization function in a modified source code, the globalization function including a message to be output via a user-interface, the message being in a first language. The method also includes generating function-message data that associates a function identifier of the globalization function with a message identifier of the message. The method also includes generating, automatically, a test case for verifying the globalization function outputs the message via the user-interface in a second language using the function-message data. The method also includes creating and broadcasting a test report to a development team, the test report indicating a result of executing the test case.

The computer-implemented method includes receiving, using a processor, a glyph determined to be unavailable for a character representation within text. The processor identifies one or more structures and radicals associated with the unavailable glyph for the character. The processor further searches for a replacement glyph or portions thereof from a group of available glyphs. The processor combines the replacement glyph or portions thereof to form a new glyph. The processor further replaces the unavailable glyph with the new glyph. The processor further displays the new glyph in the text at a location associated with the unavailable glyph.
