A battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells, a circuit board electrically connecting the plurality of battery cells together, the circuit board extending along a first direction and a second direction, and a bus bar connected to the circuit board to form a charge/discharge path, wherein the bus bar extends along a third direction, different from the first and second directions.

Provided is a battery pack with an improved sealing force, the battery pack including: a lower case having a space therein and having a groove portion formed to extend along a certain width of an outer top surface; an upper case arranged on the lower case; a battery unit accommodated in an internal space of the lower case and including a plurality of battery cells; and a sealing member inserted into the groove portion to be located between the upper case and the lower case, wherein a cross-sectional shape thereof has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a side surface connecting the upper surface to the lower surface, the upper surface is formed as a curved surface convexed toward the upper case, and a protrusion portion forming a step with the upper surface is located at the side surface.

Battery pack

A secondary battery in which electric connection between an electrode tab of a bare cell and a connection tab of a protective circuit module is performed by welding the electrode tab of the bare cell to the connection tab of the protective circuit module that form a battery pack. A process is provided so that electrode tabs of two or more laminated bare cells are easily and precisely welded to a single, or more, connection tabs by a worker. The welding process is effectively performed and welding strength between the tabs increases.

A battery pack includes at least one battery cell and a base and a cover, together adapted to house the at least one battery cell. A plurality of linking holes are located on at least one first side surface of one of the base or the cover, each linking hole defined by a periphery, wherein at least a portion of the periphery includes a reinforcement that is thicker than the thickness of the first side surface. A plurality of linking protrusions are located on at least one second side surface of the other of the base or the cover, each of the plurality of linking protrusions adapted to mate with a corresponding linking hole, thereby holding the base and cover in engagement with one another.

Disclosed is a battery pack that includes a bare cell for producing electricity, a circuit board electrically coupled to the bare cell, and a case for accommodating the bare cell and circuit board. The case has a foot rubber installing part formed on an outer surface of the case, and the foot rubber installing part has a tub for accommodating a foot rubber. The tub has a receiving groove formed on an inner surface of the tub. The receiving groove is an extra space that does not accommodate the foot rubber. The receiving groove stores an excess of glue material that is used to couple the foot rubber to the foot rubber installing part.
