Methods, apparatuses, and systems for dispensing a bag which are configured to receive and retain one or more objects. Some bag dispenser embodiments can comprise a pair of guiderails angled toward each other so that a bag positioned between the two guiderails can slide along guiderails to press open the mouth of bag. Other dispensers can comprise a pair of guiderails that are parallel. Other embodiments of the present disclosure comprise bags that are configured for use with the dispenser. Still other embodiments are described.

Bags and bag-dispensing devices and methods of using same

A transport caddy preferably includes at least a wheel supporting a base portion, an alpine snow ski detachably secured between the base and cover portions, and a ski pole disposed within the cover portion and secured adjacent the alpine snow ski by an accessories support portion detachably attached to the alpine snow ski is provided. Preferably, the ski pole is secured to the transport caddy by steps that include at least: positioning a tip of the ski pole within a pole tip confinement aperture provided by the cover; rotating a ski pole confinement member of the accessories support portion into non-adjacency with a ski pole retention portion of the accessories support portion; disposing a shaft portion of said ski pole within the ski pole retention portion; and re-rotating said ski pole confinement member into pressing contact with the shaft portion.

Sports equipment transport apparatus

A combination, which preferably includes at least a wheel supporting a transport caddy, an alpine snow ski removably disposed within said transport caddy and detachably secured to said transport caddy by a spring loaded mechanical latch, and an accessories support member detachably attached to said alpine snow ski and detachably securing a ski pole adjacent said alpine snow ski is disclosed. Preferably, the ski pole is secured to the transport caddy by steps that include at least: positioning a ski pole tip within the transport caddy; rotating a ski pole confinement member into non-adjacency with a ski pole retention portion of the accessories support member, sliding a shaft portion of the ski pole past a pole retention spring clip and into contact with the pole confinement member, and re-rotating the ski pole confinement member into pressing contact with the shaft thereby securing the shaft within the pole confinement member.

Ski equipment transport apparatus

A double throw latch for a carrying case has a first elongated body, a first end of the body being pivotally mounted with one part of a carrying case. There is also a second elongated body that is pivotally mounted on the first elongated body. There is a first hook element on the first elongated body, and the first hook element is located towards a second end of the first elongated body. The first hook element is for engagement with a mating first formation on a second part of the carrying case. There is also an engaging element for engagement with a portion on the first elongated body. The area adjacent to where the second elongated body pivots with the first elongated body provides an inter-engaging surface or element for engagement with an opposite face on the first part of the case. After the second elongated body is toggled a predetermined amount from the closed position, the second elongated body engages the formation of the first elongated body. The first elongated body then separates from the mating first formation of the second part of the carrying case. It thereby disengages the first hook element from the mating first formation on the second part of the case. The first elongated body pivots relative to the first part of the carrying case at a position relatively close to the body of the carrying case.
