Provide improved delivery of resources to a recipient entity when the recipient entity is involved in an interaction with a provider entity. One or more application programming interfaces (APIs) are utilized to identify delivery channels, and potentially substitute an original delivery channel with an alternate delivery channel. The present invention utilizes entity information, such as a recipient entity identifier, in order to determine recipient entity delivery preferences from a stored preference or from communications with the recipient entity. The system provides the resources to the recipient entity according to the preferences identified. A more efficient delivery of resources to the recipient entity is provided that improves the capacity, memory, and processing speed of the delivery systems and improve the ability to identify the identity of the recipient entity before the resources are delivered to the recipient entity.

The invention provides a gateway system for sending and coordinating digital requests for resource transfers amongst various computing systems. Typically, the various computing systems are configured to operate on different hardware and/or software platforms. The computing platform may send the delivery selection user interface to the recipient computing device and may receive, from the recipient computing device, delivery selection information identifying a destination for the event selected by a user of the recipient computing device. Subsequently, the computing platform may generate one or more event orchestration commands directing an external event processor to execute one or more actions associated with the event, and may send the one or more event orchestration commands to the external event processor via an external event processing interface.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to multicomputer processing of client device request data using a centralized event orchestrator. A computing platform may receive event definition information defining an event as well as stimulus selection information. Subsequently, the computing platform may receive a request for a recipient-selection user interface. The computing platform may identify one or more stimulus options available for a user of a recipient computing device associated with the event and may send a delivery selection user interface that includes a user-selectable component, which, when invoked, causes the computing platform to create a new endpoint associated with a stimulus option. Thereafter, the computing platform may receive delivery selection information and may generate one or more event orchestration commands directing an event processor to execute one or more actions associated with the event. The computing platform then may send the one or more event orchestration commands to the event processor.

An exemplary apparatus is configured to: receive information associated with a transaction executed using a payment method associated with an account, the information including an alias associated with the account and an amount of the transaction; determine, based on accessing a database, whether the alias is associated with a gift card; in response to determining the alias is associated with the gift card, determine whether the transaction qualifies for the gift card; and in response to determining the transaction qualifies for the gift card, apply a balance of the gift card to the amount of the transaction.
