A human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2), and a defucosylated form of the antibody, are described. The TNFR2-specific antibody was isolated from a human scFv phage display antibody library. The disclosed antibodies promote antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) of human TNFR2CD4T regulatory cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Methods of using the TNFR2 antibodies, such as for tumor immunotherapy, are described.

Human monoclonal antibody targeting TNFR2 for cancer immunotherapy

Methods of treating cancer or reducing the incidence of relapse of a cancer in a subject comprising co-administration of Toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 ligand, such as an HMGN1 protein, and a TLR 7 or 8 ligand, and optionally an immune checkpoint inhibitor, to the subject in need of such therapy. The TLR4-mediated immune-stimulating effect is synergistically enhanced by ligands of TLR7 or 8, and the immune checkpoint inhibitor. Also described here is a nanoparticle delivery platform for the co-administration of the TLR 4 ligand and the TLR 7 or 8 ligand.

HMGN polypeptides as immune enhancers and HMGN antagonists as immune suppressants

An air-actuated curtain device for covering the windshield and windows of a vehicle for the purpose of blocking the rays of the sun. The device activates the spring loaded roll-on curtains through compressed air that is forced through a distensible element that is perpendicularly positioned on the curtain sheets with respect to their respective mandrels. The air compressor is controlled by a timer, or a pressure switch, that permits to operate a sufficient amount of time, or reach a predetermined pressure limit, to fully distend the curtain sheets. Upon release of the pressurized air, the curtain sheets come back to their initialed rolled state. Air pressure release valves are used to manually and automatically release the air in the conduits when it exceeds a given pressure.

Signal heads are displaced relative to a recording surface on a stationary recording medium having a separate surface on which visual data is recorded and displayed. Differential drive mechanism and adjustable resistor means effects signal head displacement along a predetermined path on the recording surface at a constant speed.
