A method, system, and computer program product for consent and content template mapping are provided. The method identifies a content type within a content template. A set of content categories is identified that is associated with the content type. One or more consent templates are identified as associated with one or more of the content type and the set of content categories. The content template is mapped to the one or more consent templates to generate a consent template graph. The method provides a multimedia message to a user based on a consent template associated with the user and the content template.

One embodiment provides a computer implemented method, including: receiving, at a service provider from each of a plurality of data owners each having data accessible to the service provider, a privacy budget, wherein the privacy budget identifies a set of privacy requirements to be employed by the service provider on data of the data owner; receiving, at the service provider, a query from a client; receiving, at the service provider from each of at least a subset of the data owners, a response to the query; adding, by the service provider, noise to each of the responses, wherein an amount of noise added to each response is based upon the privacy budget of the data owner corresponding to a given response; and returning, by the service provider to the client, an aggregated response including the responses having added noise.

Embodiments are disclosed for a method. The method includes generating a zero-knowledge proof that proves that a hash of the scrubbed plurality of mobile telephone numbers is computed correctly in response to a complaint about a message. The method also includes generating a zero-knowledge proof that proves that the message maps to the specific template identifier in response to a complaint about the message.

Methods and arrangements for managing data collection relating to equipment in an asset network. A model is trained based on historical data relative to equipment in the asset network, wherein the model is employed for recommending at least one action for further data collection from the equipment. The model is adapted based on inputs comprising two or more of: historical sensor data, from one or more sensors obtaining data relative to the equipment; equipment maintenance and/or replacement data; a current system state; and a geographical position of one or more individuals who report data. The adapted model is employed to recommend at least one subsequent best action for collecting data relative to the equipment. Other variants and embodiments are broadly contemplated herein.
