An application phenyl-β-D-glucuronide in preparing a drug for pre-warning of cancer via induced volatolomics is provided, which belongs to the field of cancer detection drugs. Phenyl-β-D-glucuronide exists in natural organisms, which has been verified by animal experiments to be non-toxic and safe. In addition, the phenyl-β-D-glucuronide can be decomposed into phenol which almost does not exist in the body through a tumor part in vivo to serve as a specific marker, so that the influence of individual factors on the pre-warning accuracy in the induced volatolomics can be avoided.

Disclosed herein are a group of gastric cancer VOC markers in saliva and an application thereof in the preparation of a diagnostic reagent of gastric cancer. The markers are a combination of compounds selected from the group consisting of acetaldehyde, 2-methylbutyraldehyde, isopropanol, hexanal, n-butanol, cineole, nonanal, menthone, 2-ethylhexanol, menthol, anethole and dodecanol. The diagnostic reagent is used for detecting the contents of the marker in a saliva sample of a subject to perform the diagnosis of gastric cancer.

A preparation method of indium oxide with stable morphology includes: (1) mixing indium oxide powder and bismuth oxide powder according to a mass ratio of 1:0.1-0.5 to obtain a powder mixture; (2) putting the powder mixture into a ball mill for ball milling at room temperature to obtain a uniform powder mixture; (3) putting the obtained uniform powder mixture into a muffle furnace and calcining at 700-1000&#xb0; C.; and (4) obtaining the indium oxide with cubic stable morphology after the muffle furnace naturally cools to room temperature. The method has advantages of simple synthesis process, short synthesis period, high sample yield, no need of complicated equipment, and morphology of the obtained indium oxide can be maintained after being heated at a high temperature within 1000&#xb0; C. for 2 hours. An electrochemical sensor prepared by using the indium oxide obtained by the method has better selectivity to nonane.

The presently-disclosed subject matter relates to RNA-based composition and method to treat gastric cancer in a subject. More particularly, the presently disclosed subject matter relates to a RNA nanostructure and composition containing a multiple branched RNA nanoparticle, a gastric cancer targeting module, and an effective amount of a therapeutic agent. Further, the presently disclosed subject matter relates to a method of using the RNA nanoparticle composition to treat gastric cancer in a subject having or at risk of having gastric cancer.
