In accordance with the present invention, several stand-alone pop up assembly embodiments and method for making the same are provided comprising folding planar walls, center partition and frictional opening and closing mechanism.

Three-dimensional stand alone pop up assembly and method

In accordance with the present invention, a stand-alone pop up assembly and method for making the same is provided comprising a plurality of wall panels connected with an internal base. A roof structure is provided and a roof interface component for attaching the roof to the structure. The assembly is moveable between a first position being substantially flat into a one dimensional structure and a second position enfolded into a three dimensional structure by manipulating the outer structure and the internal base. The roof interface component may swivel into place during the movement to the three dimensional structure, thereby positioning the roof structure over the upper portions of the first and second panel walls or, alternatively, a sliding feature is provided with a tab from the roof inserted into a slot at the top of one of the panel walls, thereby sliding the roof into position.

In accordance with the present invention, a stand-alone pop up assembly and method for making the same is provided comprising a roof structure connected with a plurality of wall panels by way of roof interface component for attaching the roof to the structure. In accordance with the present invention, a stand-alone pop up assembly and method for making the same is provided comprising a three dimensional base comprising folding planar walls, accessory interface component, and accessory positioning component. An accessory having a body and a sliding interface component is installed upright within and connected with the three dimensional base forming a standing pop up structure.

A pump is positioned on the upper surface of the mat adjacent to one edge. A spray nozzle on the upper surface of the mat is positioned to dispense a spray upwardly. Tubing has an input end coupled to the pump. The tubing has an output end coupled to the spray nozzle. An actuator pedal is coupled to the pump. In this manner when the pedal is depressed, the pump will move cleaning/disinfecting fluid from the pump and then through the tubing and then through the spray nozzle. Further in this manner a misty layer of cleaning/disinfecting fluid will be gently wafted onto the upper surface of the mat.

A three dimensional stand alone pop up assembly and method for making the same, the assembly comprising outer structural wall panels connected with an internal support structure having a spreader, center support element and base components. The assembly moves between a first position, whereby the support structure is folded within the wall panels of the outer structure, and a second position whereby outer structural panels are unfolded into a three-dimensional stand-alone pop-up structure supported in the open position by the internal support structure. The assembly utilizes an internal support structure which folds internally and alleviates the need for an extended base or protruding member. The assembly accommodates a variety of lighting and sound features and can be configured in a variety of three dimensional stand alone pop up designs.

A pirate's trap board game is presented involving a serpentine pathway between the beginning 'Empty Treasures' space and the ending 'Open Pirate's Treasure' space. The serpentine pathway is divided into a number of spaces depicting treasure commonly found in a pirate's treasure hunt: a gold bar, an emerald, a sapphire, a treasure chest, a diamond and a pirate. A six-sided die is also utilized to move the player's token, with one face of the die depicting one of the above corresponding figures. When a player rolls a treasure chest he also selects a card from a treasure chest which allows him to advance his token according to the instructions on the card. When a player rolls a pirate, he must pick a card from the pirate's trap cave which instructs him to move his token backward. The game ends when one player rolls a treasure chest and is allowed to advance his token to the open pirate's treasure chest at the end of the serpentine pathway. Colorful sea-faring tokens are also provided to allow the players to remain within the theme of a pirate's treasure hunt.
