A heat exchanger including: a first manifold including an inlet for a heat exchange fluid, at least one first channel and at least one second channel; a second manifold spaced apart from the first manifold; and a plurality of heat exchange tubes fluidically connecting the first manifold and the second manifold. The plurality of heat exchange tubes is divided into a first section of tubes and a second section of tubes. The at least one first channel is directly connected to the inlet and a first set of tubes amongst the first section of tubes, while the at least one second channel is directly connected to the inlet and a second set of tubes amongst the first section of tubes. The first manifold is adapted to prevent the fluid from travelling between the at least one first channel and the at least one second channel within the first manifold.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger, in particular for a motor vehicle, including: a first conduit for a first fluid, including a first manifold, a second manifold, and a plurality of tubes arranged in at least two parallel stacks having a first terminal tube and a second terminal tube opposite to the first terminal tube, the tubes being fluidly connected with the first manifold and the second manifold to provide at least one U-turn for the first fluid; a second conduit for a second fluid including a housing body arranged to at least partially encapsulate the first conduit, wherein the second conduit is fluidly isolated from the first conduit and, a baffle plate deployed in-between the stacks of the tubes and the manifolds, enabling a U-turn of the second fluid in the vicinity of the first manifold, characterised in that, the baffle plate includes a first restricting member protruding towards the first manifold, configured to partially limit the U-turn of the second fluid at the level of the first terminal tubes of the stacks.

Heat exchanger with optimum baffle

A heat exchanger having multiple segments is described. The heat exchanger includes a pair of manifolds, having tubes extending therein. Further, a first blocking element is provided in a manifold to divide the tubes into a first set of tubes and a second set of tubes having a fluid communication with each other. Further, a second blocking element is provided in the manifold, corresponding to the second set of tubes, to further divide the second set of tubes into a first segment of tubes and a second segment of tubes. Further, an inlet is provided on the manifold to introduce the heat exchange fluid to the first set of tubes. Further, a plurality of outlets provided on the manifold to receive the heat exchange fluid from the second set of tubes.

Heat exchanger for a refrigerant fluid loop, the heat exchanger comprising at least one outlet configured to allow a refrigerant fluid to exit the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger comprising a core and a tank, that comprises said outlet, and the heat exchanger comprising at least one filter, wherein the at least one filter is adapted to filter the refrigerant fluid that exits the tank and in that the at least one filter is flat. The heat exchanger includes a connection block, housing the at least one filter, attached to the heat exchanger.

Heat exchanging module having a housing comprising an inner frame and an outer frame

The invention relates to an integrated bracket for an automotive heat exchanger, in particular for a radiator. The integrated bracket comprising a radiator bracket base (), having an inner side at which the heat exchange is located and an opposite outer side. The bracket base () comprises a base plate () and a supporting plate () which are in contact with their surfaces faced to each other and each of the plates () has latching and locking means to engage both plates one to the other. The plate which is selected from said supporting and base plates () and which is located at the outer side of the bracket is provided with at least one ball pin () integrally formed with said plate and protruding from said plate at its outer side for fixing the bracket base () in a car.

Integrated bracket for automotive heat exchanger

Heat exchanger, in particular condenser, comprises two parallel end closing plates () having made a coolant inlet and outlet and at least one inlet and an outlet of the refrigerant. A heat exchange unit is provided between the closing plates () and at least one coolant compartment and at least one refrigerant compartment, separated by an inner plate (). The coolant compartments and, refrigerant compartments are arranged alternately and connected such that they form together with said inlets and outlets separated hydraulic circuits for the coolant and refrigerant and a turbulator panel () is arranged in each of the compartments (). The turbulator panels () of the refrigerant circuit comprise on their surface first disturbing elements () the shape of which is matched to the physical properties of the gaseous refrigerant, and which determine the height of the turbulator panel of the refrigerant circuit, while the turbulator panels () of the coolant circuit comprise on their surface second disturbing elements () the shape of which is matched to the physical properties of the liquid coolant which determine the height of the turbulator panel of the coolant circuit, wherein the shape of the first disturbing elements () is different from the shape of the second disturbing elements (). The shape of the turbulator panels () is matched to the independent optimal managing, slowing down and disturbing of the refrigerant and the coolant, while ensuring a low pressure drop of their flow to achieve a high heat exchange coefficient.

Heat exchanger, in particular a condenser

A receiver for a heat exchanger, especially a condenser of a refrigerant system, is disclosed. The receiver has a hollow body and a closure closing the body. The body defines an internal volume configured to receive a fluid flowing through the heat exchanger, and the closure is adapted to establish a communication of the fluid between said internal volume and a flange of the heat exchanger. The closure is removable from the flange and detachably coupled to the body. A heat exchanger, especially a condenser equipped thereof, is also disclosed.

The invention relates to a condenser receiver adapted to receive and house a fluid used in a cold loop of an air-conditioning circuit. The condenser receiver comprises an outer wall and an inner wall which define an intermediate space, said inner wall defining an inner space for housing the fluid. The intermediate space comprises a static component adapted to store and release a given quantity of heat in order to allow a heat exchange between the static component and the fluid contained in the inner space.
