The present invention discloses a bionic SERS substrate of a metal-based compound eye bowl structure, a construction method and application. The bionic SERS substrate of the metal-based compound eye bowl structure of the present invention consists of a metal bowl and a cone-shaped structure substrate in an ordered hierarchy manner. The metal bowl is of a continuously and closely arranged single-layer bowl structure. A height of the metal bowl is 0.01-10 &#x3bc;m, and a bowl opening diameter is 0.01-10 &#x3bc;m. A cone is a micron pyramid cone, and a height of the micron pyramid cone is 1-100 &#x3bc;m. The present invention assembles the metal bowl on a surface of the substrate of the micron pyramid cone structure with great fluctuation by a solid-liquid interface chemical reduction method and a small ball template method, and further constructs a 3D SERS substrate with a bionic compound eye structure.

Bionic SERS substrate with metal-based compound eye bowl structure and its construction method and application

The present invention discloses an SERS substrate of a metal-modified semiconductor-based bionic compound eye bowl structure and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of nano materials. The present invention is based on a multi-time interface self-assembly method. Firstly, a small ball template is constructed by using a gas-liquid interface assembly process. Then, a semiconductor bowl structure array is induced to be formed by the template by using a solid-liquid interface assembly process. Next, a semiconductor bowl is assembled to a surface of a pyramid-shaped cone to form a bionic compound eye structure by using a transfer process. Finally, a surface of the bionic compound eye structure is modified with a layer of uniformly distributed metal particles by a physical deposition method or a chemical deposition method, thereby forming the SERS substrate of the metal-modified semiconductor-based bionic compound eye bowl structure.

The invention discloses a preparation method of pH/reduction responsive polyamino acid zwitterionic nanoparticles, which belongs to the technical field of polymer synthesis and biomedical materials. In the invention aliphatic amines are used to initiate ring-opening polymerization of &#x3b3;-benzyl-L-glutamate-N-carboxylic anhydride, and the obtained poly(&#x3b3;-benzyl-L-glutamate) reacts with L-lysine to form azwitterionic polymer. The zwitterionic polymer is crosslinked by cysteamine, producing pH/reduction responsive polyamino acid zwitterionic nanoparticles after purification. The nanoparticles are pH responsive and resistant to non-specific protein adsorption. Because cysteamine contains disulfide bonds, the nanoparticles have sensitive reductive responsiveness and can load anticancer drugs for controlled release at the target site of cancer.

Method of preparing pH/reduction responsive polyamino acid zwitterionic nanoparticles

The present invention discloses a preparation method of a silver-modified spiral Titanium Dioxide (TiO) nano-fiber photocatalyst, comprising the following steps: preparing a spiral TiOnano-fiber; preparing a nano-silver aqueous solution; and preparing a silver-modified spiral TiOnano-fiber photocatalyst. The photocatalyst is coupled with the spiral structure of the nano-fiber and nano-silver particles with a specific size, improving the photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst. Moreover, the sterilizing and biological pollution resisting capacities of the photocatalyst are also improved through the modified nano-silver particles, and therefore, the photocatalyst can be widely applied to a deep sewage treatment system.

Preparation and application of silver-modified spiral titanium dioxide nano-fiber photocatalyst

The invention relates to a three-dimensional bionic composite material based on refection elimination and double-layer P/N heterojunctions. The preparation method of the composite material comprises: (1) anisotropically etching a silicon wafer with an alkaline solution, to form compactly arranged tetragonal pyramids on the surface of the silicon wafer; (2) performing hydrophilic treatment on the silicon wafer, growing TiO2 crystal seeds on the surface of the silicon wafer, and calcining the silicon wafer in a muffle furnace; (3) putting the silicon wafer obtained in the step (2) into a reaction kettle, and growing TiO2 nano-rods on the side walls of silicon cones by a hydrothermal synthesis method; and (4) depositing PPY nano-particles on the TiO2 nano-rods. The composite material has good refection elimination performance and efficient photogenerated charge separation capability, and is applicable in fields of photo-catalysis, photoelectric conversion devices, solar cells and the like.
