An apparatus for identifying metal corrosion includes a metal test piece, a push button timer, a liquid tank, a support, two fixed pulleys, a traction cable, a weight and a vibration motor. The support and the first pulley are in a lower portion of the tank. The second pulley is above the first pulley. The test piece is fixed on the support and connected to a first end of the traction cable which sequentially winds around the pulleys with a second end outside the tank. The weight, on which the motor is fixed, is suspended at the second end. The timer is under the motor. A corrosion solution is added into the tank, and the vibration motor provides alternating stress. When the metal test piece is broken, the weight and the motor are dropped and pressed on the electronic timer to record breaking time of the metal test piece.

Apparatus and method for identifying metal corrosion

The present invention relates to the field of material determination or analysis, and provides a method of assessing drying depth of cementitious materials including the following steps: preparing a plurality of cementitious material specimens; drying the cementitious material specimens; conducting electrochemical impedance spectrum measurement on each cementitious material specimen; accordingly determining a model for analyzing the drying depth of the cementitious material specimen. The method of assessing drying depth of the cementitious material provided by the present invention takes the influence of the resistivity changes on the model into consideration, and the drying depth of the cementitious material is reflected and reckoned with regularly changes of the electrochemical parameters, not only increasing the accuracy but also saving much testing labor, time and cost.

Provided is a ternary inorganic compound crystal having a molecular formula of CaAlPO, and a preparation method thereof comprising the following steps: weighing calcium salts, aluminum salts and phosphate respectively according to the molar ratio of calcium, aluminum and phosphorus in the molecular formula CaAlPO; calcining at 1550&#x2dc;1570&#xb0; C., cooling, and grinding to obtain the ternary inorganic compound crystal. Also provided is an application of the ternary inorganic compound in gelling materials and molecular sieves, nonlinear optical crystals, and photochromic materials.
