A stent graft retention system for retaining a stent graft on a delivery device is provided. The stent graft retention system includes a stent graft, a stent, and a plurality of discrete retention wire forms at least one of which is configured to engage a trigger wire.

Universal adapter for graft attachment to delivery systems

The present disclosure relates to a graft material including a self-healing polymer layer and to implantable medical devices including such a graft material. The invention also relates to methods of using and manufacturing such graft materials and devices. In one embodiment, the implantable medical device is a stent graft.

Self-healing graft material and method of use thereof

A stent delivery system includes a self expanding stent positioned about a distal support segment of a catheter, which includes a proximal segment. A constraint has a wrapped configuration, which has a hollow elongated shape, and an unwrapped configuration, which is a continuous length of a strip. The stent is in contact with, and held in a compressed state by, the constraint in the wrapped configuration, and the stent is in an expanded state out of contact with the constraint in the unwrapped configuration. The constraint may move from the wrapped configuration toward the unwrapped configuration responsive to tension in a control line connected to one end of the strip.

An aortic stent graft includes a stent with a framework attached to a fabric tube by a plurality of suture ties. The fabric tube includes a plurality of discrete attachment areas that are at least partially surrounded by at least one permeable graft area. The fabric tube is one of a weave and a knit of thermoplastic yarn. Each of the suture ties associated with the discrete attachment areas at least one of penetrates through and encircles a respective one of the discrete attachment areas. The weave or knit of the discrete attachment areas is identical to that of the permeable graft area with an exception that a wall thickness of each of the discrete attachment areas is flattened relative to, and thinner than, a wall thickness of the permeable graft area.

A support structure for a three-sided scallop in the edge of a stent graft including two substantially longitudinal perimeter support sections and an undulating lateral side base extending between the two support sections. The undulations extend below the edge of the lateral side of the scallop and overlap the graft material away from the edge of the lateral side.

An endoluminal prosthesis comprises a prosthetic trunk having a trunk lumen and a trunk wall, a first prosthetic branch having a first branch lumen and a branch wall, and a second prosthetic branch having a second branch lumen. The first branch lumen and the second branch lumen are both in fluid communication with the trunk lumen through the trunk wall and the second branch lumen is in fluid communication with the first branch lumen through the branch wall. Branched vessel endoluminal device

A delivery device and methods for deploying an endovascular prosthesis within the common and internal iliac arteries are described. The device comprises a pusher catheter having a proximal end and a pusher extension extending proximally therefrom. A tubular prosthesis having a side branch is releasably coupled to the pusher extension. An extension dilator extends proximally from the proximal end of the pusher catheter, extends at least partially along an external surface of the main tubular body, into a distal end of the side branch and exits a proximal end of the tubular prosthesis. The extension dilator can be tracked over a guide wire which serves to both position the device within a vessel and also to facilitate cannulation of an internal iliac artery.

A stent graft assembly having a tubular body and a constraining patch attached to the interior surface of the tubular body. The constraining patch delineates a small passageway close to the inner surface of the tubular body. A cannula may extend through the passageway.

A prosthesis comprising a graft having a tubular body with a wall defining an external surface of the graft and a pouch. The graft further comprises a strip with at least one fenestration, wherein the strip is at least partially contained within the pouch. An endoluminal prosthesis comprises a prosthetic trunk comprising a trunk lumen extending therethrough, a wall, an anastomosis in the wall, and a first fenestration in the wall, wherein the prosthetic trunk has a circumference. The endoluminal prosthesis further comprises a prosthetic branch comprising a branch lumen extending therethrough. The branch lumen is in fluid communication with the trunk lumen through the anastomosis. The prosthetic branch is disposed longitudinally along and circumferentially about the prosthetic trunk.
