A feeding assembly for metering tablets into capsules is provided, wherein a given number of tablets are first loaded into relative metering holes in a dispenser plate mounted to rotate about a longitudinal axis tilted with respect to a vertical direction, and are then unloaded into the bottom shell of a capsule from a feed channel formed through a vibrating feed disk mounted to rotate about a substantially vertical longitudinal axis.

In an embodiment of a continuously-operating machine for filling containers with at least one granular product, each container is fed along a given path in time with a relative metering device, which withdraws the product from a tank, feeds the withdrawn product into the container, and has a metering cylinder defined at the bottom by a piston which moves, along the metering cylinder, to and from a feed position in which to feed the product in the metering cylinder to a drop chute for unloading the product into the relative container; the piston having a cam follower which is maintained contacting a cam by a pneumatic push assembly.

Machine for filling containers with at least one granular product

A method and machine for filling capsules with at least one pharmaceutical product, whereby the bottom shell of each capsule is fed along a given path in time with a relative metering chamber for transferring a given quantity of product from a container into the bottom shell; a control device weighing the product in the metering chamber to cut off supply of the product into the metering chamber, when the weight of the product substantially equals a given reference value.

Method and machine for filling capsules or similar with at least one product, in particular a pharmaceutical product in microtablets

At least one solid drug form is fed into a capsule, housed inside a pocket on a first conveyor movable along an endless first path extending in a given first plane, by means of a seat on a second conveyor movable along an endless second path extending in a second plane parallel to the first plane; the seat receiving the solid form from a vibratory distributor plate, and releasing the solid form to the pocket.
