An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system includes an enclosure and a plurality of power converter modules positioned in the enclosure, each power conversion module including a power converter circuit, a module controller circuit configured to control the power converter circuit and at least one module fan controlled by the module controller circuit. The system further includes a system controller positioned in the enclosure and configured to communicate with the module controller circuits over a communications bus and at least one exhaust fan configured to exhaust air from the enclosure and controlled by the system controller. The system controller is configured to control the at least one exhaust fan responsive to information, such as temperature and/or load information, received from the module controller circuits.

A UPS circuit, comprising a rectification phase leg (PL) for rectification, which is used for converting a received alternating current into a direct current; inversion phase legs (PL, PL, PL) for inversion, which are used for inverting the direct current output by the rectification phase leg into an alternating current; a failure detection device (D) which is used for detecting whether an inversion phase leg has failed; a redundant inversion phase leg (PL), with an input end thereof being connected to an output end of the rectification phase leg; and a control device which is used for receiving a signal sent by the failure detection device and is also used for enabling the redundant inversion phase leg to replace the inversion phase leg which has failed when a failure occurs.

UPS circuit

The present invention provides a bidirectional DC-DC converter. The bidirectional DC-DC converter includes a first switching tube connected in antiparallel to a first diode; a second switching tube connected in antiparallel to a second diode; a third switching tube connected in antiparallel to a third diode; a fourth switching tube connected in antiparallel to a fourth diode; and a first inductor and a second inductor, where an anode of the first diode and a cathode of the second diode are connected to form a first node, an anode of the second diode and a cathode of the third diode are connected to a neutral point, an anode of the third diode and a cathode of the fourth diode are connected to form a second node, and one end of the first inductor and one end of the second inductor are respectively connected to the first node and the second node. The bidirectional DC-DC converter in the present invention has high conversion efficiency.

Bidirectional DC-DC converter

Power control systems are provided including a digital controller configured to control gating mechanism for power switches responsive to an input from a power conversion circuit. The digital controller includes a conversion circuit, a modulation circuit and a gating control circuit. The system further includes an analog circuit comprising a filter, a current limiter and a compare circuit. The current limiter is configured to control a magnitude of a current pulled through a power convertor during a device switching operation.

Power control circuits and related uninterruptible power supply systems

An integrated inductor comprises a first winding (C) and a second winding (C); a first internal magnetic core in the first winding (C) and a second internal magnetic core in the second winding (C); and at least one external magnetic core (M) outside the first winding (C) and the second winding (C), used for being connected to end portions of the first and second internal magnetic cores to form a magnetic path, the external magnetic core (M) being formed by multiple sub-magnetic cores joint with each other; the magnetic conductivity of at least one sub-magnetic core of the multiple sub-magnetic cores is greater than the magnetic conductivity of other sub-magnetic cores, and the at least one sub-magnetic core at least covers a part of end faces of the first internal magnetic core and the second internal magnetic core. The integrated inductor can alleviate the phenomenon of flux leakage, and can reduce costs of the magnetic cores.

Integrated inductor

The present invention provides a bi-directional DC/DC converter and a control method thereof. The bi-directional DC/DC converter comprises a push-pull circuit, a chargeable and dischargeable device, a transformer, a half bridge circuit, a rectifying and filtering circuit and a first switch. The primary side of the transformer is connected to an output of the push-pull circuit. The output of the rectifying and filtering circuit is connected across a bridge arm of the half bridge circuit. The first switch is configured to connect the secondary side of the transformer to an input of the rectifying and filtering circuit, or to connect a part of windings of the secondary side of the transformer to an output of the half bridge circuit while disconnecting the part of windings of the secondary side of the transformer from two terminals of the input of the rectifying and filtering circuit. The bi-directional DC/DC converter of the present invention has fewer components and is low in cost.

Motor bi-directional DC/DC converter and control method thereof

Disclosed is a power inductor. The inductor comprises a magnetic core and multiple lines. The multiple lines have a first terminal and a second terminal, are parallel with each other, and wind the magnetic core to form a winding. The lines at the first terminal depart from the magnetic core at the same position, and the lines at the second terminal depart from the magnetic core at the same position. At least one line at the first terminal forms a first interface end, the other lines at the first terminal, which are not utilized to form the first interface end, form a second interface end, and the lines at the second terminal together form a third interface end. By measuring the current flowing through the first interface end using a current sensor with a small measuring range, the current flowing through the power inductor can be estimated based on ratio.
