A method of playing a card game, including dealing at least one hand of cards from at least one card deck to a player upon a wager by the player and providing the player a first draw from the at least one card deck. The method further includes, if one of the at least one hand of cards includes a triggering hand after the first draw, enabling the player to replace one or more cards in the one of the at least one hand of cards which includes the triggering hand through a free second draw, and providing the player an award for any winning hand occurring after the free second draw. A gaming device for carrying out the method is also provided.

Gaming method and apparatus with triggering of bonus events by the presence of a trigger symbol in particular locations

Gaming methods and devices that include a primary game and a bonus game. In the primary game, one or more paylines of an array are selected. One symbol from a predetermined set is then randomly assigned to each image site of the array. Awards are granted when certain combinations of symbols appear on one or more of the paylines that were selected by the player. A bonus game may be awarded for each selected payline of the primary game on which a triggering event occurs. In each bonus game, one or more of the symbols along the corresponding primary game payline may be randomly replaced with other symbols from the predetermined set. If multiple bonus games are awarded, the bonus games may be played sequentially. An additional bonus event may also be awarded if a triggering event occurs in a predetermined or prespecified location of an array of image sites.

A tire pressure indicator is disclosed including a housing having an inlet for air under pressure, a sealed chamber, the chamber containing a gas under pressure, a signaling device having an electrical power source arranged to generate an electrical signal indicative of a pressure difference between the inlet and the chamber, a flexible diaphragm separating the inlet and the chamber, the diaphragm positioned to extend into the chamber as pressure at the inlet increases, a connector operatively engaging the diaphragm and the signaling device to actuate the signaling device to generate the electrical signal, and a light source coupled to the signaling device to receive the electrical signal and generate a visual signal indicative of a pressure difference between the inlet and the chamber.

A cartridge library comprises plural cells for accommodating therein a cartridge of information storage media and a tape drive which transduces information relative when a cartridge is loaded into the drive. A cartridge loader (also known as the cartridge transport assembly) is mounted to the drive assembly for picking a selected cartridge from one of the cells and for inserting the selected cartridge into a cartridge slot in the drive. The drive assembly is stationary but the cartridge loader is pivotal about the drive assembly, and particularly about a pivot axis which is parallel to a center line of the data cartridge when the data cartridge is inserted into the drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a toothed transport track engageable by the cartridge transport assembly for incremental pivotal motion of the cartridge transport assembly about the pivot axis. The library also has a wall connected to the library frame, the wall having a series of windows formed in predetermined relationship with the cells of the magazine. The windows are used to detect a status (e.g., presence, absence, misinsertion) of the data cartridge in the magazine. In addition, the series of windows are employed for detecting a position of the cartridge transport assembly about the pivot axis. The cartridge transport assembly comprises a carriage first section and a carriage second section which is translatable relative to the carriage first section. A pair of cartridge engagement arms are mounted to the carriage second section for selectively partially inserting the data cartridge into the drive assembly. The cartridge transport assembly further includes a secondary cartridge contact member (forming part of a &ldquo;flipper assembly&rdquo;) which operates in response to movement of the engagement arm to moves the selected cartridge from partial insertion to full insertion into the drive. Also, the secondary cartridge contact member serves as a stop surface when the cartridge is ejected from the drive.

A modular hat is disclosed. The hat includes a hat crown having an inside perimeter, a front side, a back side, a left side, and a right side. A visor is attached to the front side of the hat crown. A headband connecting member is attached along the inside perimeter of the hat crown for releasably connecting a plurality of components to the hat, wherein the components are chosen from the group consisting of a chin strap, a sunglass mount, a one-piece ear muff attachment, a storm visor, an ear and neck winter guard, a hydration curtain, a pocket, a bug net, an internal headband, a reflective illuminator, a flashlight holder, a winter facemask with pockets, and an ornamental towel.

Modular hat

A modular hat including a headband shaped to fit about the circumference of an individual's head. The headband includes an inner-surface and an outer-surface, wherein headband connecting members are provided on the inner-surface of the headband for releasable securing at least one hat component thereto. The at least one hat component is chosen from the group consisting of a hat crown, an interchangeable hat crown, a visor, a neck curtain, a pair of ear muffs and a utility strap.

Electronic game housing

A motorized window blind actuator including input means for receiving regulated voltage and first variable reference voltage signal. A motor having an output shaft which connects to the window blinds to open and close the window blinds is controlled by a controller/driver component. A transducer is operatively associated with the output shaft of the motor to assist in producing a second voltage reference signal which is related to the actual position of the motor output shaft, and in turn related to the actual position of the slats of the window blind. The first voltage reference signal is related to the desired setting and position of the window blind. First and second voltage reference signals are continually compared. If they are sufficiently different, the motor is directed by the controller/driver to adjust the window blinds until signals are sufficiently the same, or, until the output shaft of the motor hits physical limits which cause an over current situation resulting in stoppage of the motor.
