A fluid spraying facility including a fluid circulation pipe and a scraper that can circulate in the pipe in order to push back the fluid present in the pipe as it moves forward, the pipe and the scraper each having a circular section, the pipe having an inner diameter, the scraper having an outer diameter, the outer diameter having a first value. A difference between the inner diameter of the pipe and the first outer diameter value of the scraper is greater than or equal to 100 micrometers, preferably greater than or equal to 200 micrometers.

An installation for spraying a fluid comprising a fluid circulation circuit including a sprayer capable of spraying the fluid, a pump and a circulation pipe for the fluid, the pump being suitable for injecting the fluid into the circulation pipe, the circulation pipe being configured to guide the fluid from the pump to the sprayer, the installation further including at least one injector configured to inject a liquid separate from the fluid into the circuit, wherein the injector is configured to compare a total volume of liquid injected into the circuit to a predetermined volume, and to stop the injection when the total volume of injected liquid is equal to the predetermined volume.

Rotating projector for a coating product including a spraying device having a circular spraying edge, driving means for driving the spraying device around a rotational axis, a body including primary openings arranged on a primary contour for ejecting primary air jets in a primary direction. The air jets having an axial component and an orthoradial component which are nonzero. The primary direction has a nonzero radial component, which is centrifugal relative to the rotation axis. Each primary jet extends along the rotational axis at a distance from the rotational axis than the radius of the spraying edge. The body includes secondary openings arranged on a secondary contour for ejecting the secondary air jets in a secondary direction having axial and centripetal radial components. The secondary jets hit an external surface of the spraying device. The contours coincide with a circle centered about the rotation axis.

Rotating projector and method for spraying a coating product

The present disclosure describes an atomizer having a body with an inner portion and an outer portion; an atomizer member; and outlet channels about the spraying axis (X) for ejecting air so as to shape the spray of material. The atomizer also has an outlet chamber communicating with the outlet channels; and an inlet duct for feeding air to the outlet channels. The atomizer also includes at least two intermediate chambers juxtaposed and extending about the spraying axis (X); axial intermediate channels, two juxtaposed intermediate chambers being interconnected via a set of intermediate channels distributed about the spraying axis (X); and outlet ducts distributed about the spraying axis (X).
