An exemplary apparatus includes at least one processor and a memory storing computer instructions executable by the at least one processor, wherein the memory with the computer instructions and the at least one processor are configured to cause the apparatus to at least receive a flight path from a predetermined location to a location of an emergency. The apparatus is further caused to travel the flight path from the predetermined location to the location of the emergency, capture information at the location of the emergency, and transmit the captured information.

The method can conclude with transmitting, by the processor, the first profile to a plurality of user equipments and the second profile to at least one user equipment, wherein the at least one user equipment is different from the plurality of user equipments.

Method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for aiding emergency response

A pouch machine includes a controller and first and second modules. Each module has a converting station and the electrical equipment needed to operate the station. The controller controls the converting stations and operating parameters are provided from one module to the next. Each module may be a processing zone and include a registration sensor and a drawroll responsive to the respective registration sensor. Accumulators may be provided in each processing zone. An edge sensor may be provided that senses the edge of the film in one or more modules. The draw roll assembly is mounted on a moveable frame, and is angled in response to the location of the sensed edge. Multiple such assemblies may be included on a single machine.

A bandwidth control system for a network, the network having a host computer that includes a first network interface and a second network interface. A packet driver adapted to be executed on the host computer is logically connected to the first network interface and the second network interface. The packet driver captures packets received from the network on the first network interface. A traffic shaper adapted to be executed on the host computer maintains a topology representation of the network, the topology representation including one or more nodes. The traffic shaper performs priority and packet rate metering functions on the captured packets to match a set of rate conditions unique to each node in the topology representation of the network. The captured packets are returned to the packet driver for transmission to the network on the second network interface.
