A method for in-line control of the integrity of a filtering system implemented during an industrial process including the filtering of a gas through the filtering system, the filtering system including at least one filtering cartridge, the method including at least the following steps: &#x2014;a measurement step (S) which involves measuring a pressure difference &#x394;P representative of the pressure loss caused by the filtering system (F; F), &#x2014;a testing step (S, S) which involves comparing the measurement (S) with a predefined high threshold (Sh) and a predefined low threshold (Sb), in such a way as to consider the at least one filtering cartridge to be non-compliant when the pressure difference measured in the measurement step (S) falls outside a range located between the high threshold (Sh) and the low threshold (Sb).

Method for in-line control of the integrity of a filtering system

A bioreactor () includes a container body (), whose inner walls together define an internal volume for receiving biomass, a cooling and/or heating duct () whose outer wall is intended to be in direct contact with the biomass, disposed in the internal volume, and extending at least over a portion of the length in the form of a helicoid, fastening elements () for supporting the cooling and/or heating duct () and fastening same to the container body (), in several receiving positions along the helicoid. The duct is fastened, at the receiving positions, by connectors and one or a plurality of supports, and for each receiving position by a first weld between the connector and the support and a second weld between the connector and the duct.
