A transformable fitness device includes two assemblies which when unconnected can be used as push-up exercise devices, and when connected can be used as an exercise wheel. Each of the two assemblies include a handle holder which is rotatably connected to a base. The bases of the two assemblies can be connected together so that the two connected assemblies form an exercise wheel. In an embodiment, the bases slidably interlock together.

A cone biopsy instrument having a cuff of electrical insulating material, a core positioned within the cuff and having an electrical conductor, a wire carrier of electrical insulating material and having a plurality of radially projecting arms, an electrically conducting wire connected between a wire carrier arm and the core, an implant sleeve freely rotating on the swaged portion of the core between the wire carrier and tip, and a cervical guide tip of electrical insulating material carried on the core.

Cone biopsy instrument

A dispenser for pills having a barrel with input and output ends, and a sleeve in the barrel for holding a stack of pills. An output end cap removably positioned at the output end of the barrel and including a cup for receiving a pill while the output end cap is positioned on the barrel, and a plunger for ejecting the pill from the cup when the output end cap is removed from the barrel. An input end cap positioned at the input end of the barrel and including a pusher sliding in the sleeve for pushing a pill from the sleeve into the cup.
