A driving simulation system includes a simulated driver cockpit which includes simulated controls, a display control input, and a video display providing a simulated driving environment to the driver. The system further includes a computerized simulation control module including programming to operate a driving simulation. The driving simulation includes driving rules. The module further including programming to monitor performance of the driver during the driving simulation and compare the performance of the driver to the driving rules. The module further includes programming to generate an untextualized feedback regarding performance of the driver relative to the driving rules, monitor an input by the driver to the display control input, and selectively display the untextualized feedback to the driver based upon the input by the driver to the display control input. The selective display is operable to enable private viewing of the untextualized feedback by the driver.

Driving simulation scoring system

A pump panel training device is provided and includes a plurality of simulated gages operable to imitate gages upon a fire truck pump panel, a plurality of simulated controls operable to imitate controls upon the fire truck pump panel, and a simulated water hose operable to imitate one of water temperature changes, water temperature pressure, and water hose vibration for the fire truck pump panel.

A driving simulation system is configured to train a driver. The system includes a simulated driver cockpit which includes a steering wheel and at least one video display providing a simulated driving environment to the driver. The system further includes a computerized simulation control module including programming configured to operate a driving simulation through the simulated driver cockpit. The driving simulation includes driving rules. The programming is further configured to monitor performance of the driver during the driving simulation, compare the performance of the driver to the driving rules, and while the driving simulation is still in operation, provide untextualized feedback to the driver regarding performance of the driver.

The system further includes a computerized simulation control module including programming configured to operate a driving simulation through the simulated driver cockpit. The driving simulation includes combined driving rules including generic driving rules configured to universal driving standards and local standard operating procedures for a particular locale. The programming further monitors performance of the driver during the driving simulation, compares the performance of the driver to the combined driving rules, and provide feedback to the driver.
