A link press assembly for use with a press to service a parallel link track chain is provided that includes alignment tools, disassembly tools, and reassembly tools. The alignment tools include a contact block, a plurality of block guide rods slidingly receivable within block guide rod passages of the contact block, a bridge plate for securement to a parallel link track chain, a plurality of elongated rod guides having plate guide rod passages, and a support block. The disassembly tools include a disassembly mount plate, an inner link support plate, a plurality of disassembly rods, an outer link support plate, and a disassembly tool bar having a plurality of pin bumpers. The reassembly tools include a back tool plate, a plurality of backing cups, a reassembly front tool bar having a plurality of front cups secured thereto, and a link hanger having a plurality of hanger guide rod passages.

A system for isolating a power conductor includes a power conductor that extends between first and second flanking support structures. First and second collars are connected respectively to the first and second flanking support structures. The first and second collars each at least partially surround the power conductor and including respective first and second open tracks that cooperate with each other to define a sheet-receiving slot. An electrically insulating/insulative sheet is located in the sheet-receiving slot and extends continuously between the first and second collars. The sheet is secured in covering relation with the power conductor.

An improved electrical system may be provided by electrically isolating horizontal power distribution bus bars of differing phases, disposed along a preconfigured isolated bus support molding, from one another by covering each bus bar with an electrically insulating molded assembly. The electrically insulating molded assembly has contours configured to cover a particular bus bar (with respect to another bus bar or live fastener), arranged within the constraints of the preconfigured isolated bus support molding in the electrical system (such as along the back of the isolated bus support, between the isolated bus support and a wall of the electrical system).

An improved electrical system may be provided by electrically isolating exposed live fasteners and bus clamps in power distribution systems by attaching electrically insulating snap-based cover assemblies to the live fasteners and bus clamps. A cover assembly may include a plate element and an electrically insulating cap element. The plate element may have a plate opening and a beveled edge, and the electrically insulating cap element may have a cap edge followed by an interior recess. The cap element and the plate element may be held together by snapping the cap element over the plate element such that the beveled edge fits into the interior recess and the cap edge fits below the beveled edge. The cover assembly may be attached to a fastener or bus clamp via the plate opening.

An improved electrical system may be provided by electrically isolating complex bus geometries by using one or more substantially flat and electrically insulating sheets. The sheet may have one or more fold lines which allow the sheet to fold in multiple directions and ways over varying configurations of power conductors. The sheet may fit within the constraints of preconfigured electrical system components without the need for redesigning such components. The sheet may have a dielectric strength per mil effective to isolate power conductors based on maximum charge and proximity of the power conductors.

Power tool

A drive mechanism for a power tool. The power tool includes a motor having a drive shaft and an output member adapted to support a tool element. The drive mechanism includes a drive assembly engaged with and driven by the drive shaft and a drive arm drivingly connected between the drive assembly and the output member to transmit driving force from the drive assembly to the output member. The drive arm is configured to absorb an impact.

A generator set. In one embodiment, the generator set includes an internal combustion engine, a DC generator, one or more battery cells, and an inverter. The DC generator is coupled to the engine and produces direct current ('DC') electricity. The battery cells discharge stored DC electricity and can be recharged using DC electricity from the DC generator. The inverter is electrically connected to the DC generator and to the battery cells. The inverter converts DC electricity produced by the DC generator and DC electricity discharged from the one or more battery cells to alternating current ('AC') electricity. The AC electricity is available for use by a load.

A power-generating apparatus includes a frame, an engine supported by the frame, an alternator coupled to the engine and operable to convert mechanical energy from the engine into electrical energy, and a battery charger supported by the frame and electrically coupled to the alternator. A battery pack for powering a cordless power tool. The battery pack includes at least one battery cell operable to supply a discharge current, a switch operable to control the discharge current and a protection device to protect the switch. The protection device is positioned such that the device absorbs a current traveling in a direction opposite to that of the discharge current supplied from the battery cell.
