A method for tracking insured assets is provided. Asset identifiers corresponding to assets to be monitored are received from a user. Each of the one or more assets is attached to a tracking device. Monitored assets are covered by one or more insurance policies. One or more geofence regions are defined associated with the one or more monitored assets. A location of each of the monitored assets is estimated, at least periodically. In response to determining that the estimated location of at least one of the monitored assets is outside of the corresponding one or more geofence regions, an insurance policy associated with this at least one asset is determined. A policyholder associated with the insurance policy is notified by sending a notification to policyholder's-preferred device. The notification inquires instructions for remedial actions from the policyholder. One or more remedial actions are initiated based on received policyholder's instructions.

An example method for an insurance or warranty system includes receiving, at a server, an error code from a device of a user, processing the error code to extract sensor data related to one or more failed components of the device, determining the one or more failed components is covered within an insurance policy or warranty based on the sensor data, and issuing an insurance claim or warranty claim based on the one or more failed components being covered. A system and method for generating simulations of a vehicular accidents and detecting inconsistencies between different sources of data for the accidents are disclosed. The system obtains reports and other data describing the accident and processes the information for use by a keyword model. The keyword model is configured to detect terms in the data that are more likely to provide insight into the accident. The keywords are provided to a generative engine that is configured to generate a simulation of the accident based on visual elements corresponding to the keywords. In some cases, the simulation may include an animated video and/or a 3D model of the accident. Individual simulations may be generated for each source of data obtained. The simulations can then be compared to detect potential inconsistencies.

Method and system for virtual reconstruction of accidents

The present disclosure relates to detecting distracted driving on a mobile device and mitigating distracted driving by determining whether a mobile device is used by a driver of a vehicle or by a passenger of the vehicle. The system can determine that the mobile device is in a vehicle and modify the functionality of the mobile device to transition the mobile device into an automobile mode. Vehicle data and/or mobile device data can be used to determine a number of individuals in the vehicle. An identity of the operator of the mobile device can be authenticated based on authentication information obtained by the mobile device. Based on the authenticated identity of the operator of the mobile device, a driving score associated with the driver can be modified, where the score indicates a number of instances of distracted driving by the driver.

A wait time for the call is decreased based on the weighted level of importance meeting or exceeding the at least one weight threshold.

System, methods, and apparatus for determining a foundation profile of a floor and/or a room profile of a room based on information obtained by a scanner device. For example, a scanner device can perform a scan operation of at least one floor in at least one room, generate a foundation profile that describes at least an area underneath the at least one floor based on the scan operation, and generate and send, to a server, a message comprising the foundation profile for the at least one floor and a location of the building. The server can receive the message, determine, based on the location of the building, an account identifier that uniquely identifies an account associated with the building, and store the foundation profile for the at least one floor in a database in a location associated with the account identifier.

Vehicle inspection systems and methods are disclosed. A system disclosed includes a frame configured to be mounted to a vehicle, wherein the frame comprises an extendable arm. The system also includes at least one damage filter associated with the at least one camera. The damage filter creates filtered imagery based on the imagery of the damaged vehicle.
