A damage assessment system includes one or more processors and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to receive IOT data from one or more IOT devices at a property. The instructions are executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to analyze the IOT data to identify missing data that is expected to be received from the one or more IOT devices at the property, generate constructed data to remedy the missing data based on the IOT data using machine learning algorithms, determine characteristics of damage present at the property based on the IOT data and the constructed data, and output a damage assessment report to indicate the characteristics of the damage present at the property.

Damage assessment systems and methods

A mud treatment system that can be used during emergencies is disclosed. The system includes an autonomous vehicle carrying a mud treatment device. In response to information about a mud-related disaster at a specific location, the system will instruct the vehicle to travel to the location, enter a building, and dispense one or more applications of mud softener in the interior space of the building. The vehicle can navigate from room to room and determine whether moisture content levels are below a specified threshold. In response, the vehicle can direct its mud or dirt softening efforts to these specific zones.

A vehicle adjustment system includes one or more processors configured to receive data from one or more sensors coupled to a vehicle that is in a stationary position. The one or more processors are also configured to analyze the data to determine whether an object is within a buffer zone surrounding the vehicle while the vehicle is in the stationary position. A system and method for generating simulations of a vehicular accidents and detecting inconsistencies between different sources of data for the accidents are disclosed. The system obtains reports and other data describing the accident and processes the information for use by a keyword model. The keyword model is configured to detect terms in the data that are more likely to provide insight into the accident. The keywords are provided to a generative engine that is configured to generate a simulation of the accident based on visual elements corresponding to the keywords. In some cases, the simulation may include an animated video and/or a 3D model of the accident. Individual simulations may be generated for each source of data obtained. The simulations can then be compared to detect potential inconsistencies.

Method and system for virtual reconstruction of accidents

The present disclosure relates to detecting distracted driving on a mobile device and mitigating distracted driving by determining whether a mobile device is used by a driver of a vehicle or by a passenger of the vehicle. The system can determine that the mobile device is in a vehicle and modify the functionality of the mobile device to transition the mobile device into an automobile mode. Vehicle data and/or mobile device data can be used to determine a number of individuals in the vehicle. An identity of the operator of the mobile device can be authenticated based on authentication information obtained by the mobile device. Based on the authenticated identity of the operator of the mobile device, a driving score associated with the driver can be modified, where the score indicates a number of instances of distracted driving by the driver.

Technology for determining a queue position of a call from a user can include receiving, at an enterprise, the call from a user device associated with the user. The user device includes an application associated with the enterprise. The call is placed into an on-hold queue. A weighted level of importance associated with the call is determined based on call history information associated with the user device and call frequency associated with the user. The weighted level of importance is compared to at least one weight threshold. A wait time for the call is decreased based on the weighted level of importance meeting or exceeding the at least one weight threshold.

System, methods, and apparatus for determining a foundation profile of a floor and/or a room profile of a room based on information obtained by a scanner device. For example, a scanner device can perform a scan operation of at least one floor in at least one room, generate a foundation profile that describes at least an area underneath the at least one floor based on the scan operation, and generate and send, to a server, a message comprising the foundation profile for the at least one floor and a location of the building. The server can receive the message, determine, based on the location of the building, an account identifier that uniquely identifies an account associated with the building, and store the foundation profile for the at least one floor in a database in a location associated with the account identifier.

For example, a mobile device is configured to scan RFID tags or other identifiers located on or in studs behind a wall of a house, obtain an identifier of at least one RFID tag of the plurality of RFID tags, determine a number of RFID tags scanned, generate and send, to a server, a message comprising the identifier of the at least one RFID tag, the number of RFID tags scanned, and an account identifier. The server can be configured to receive the message, determine a distance between two adjacent studs based on the identifier of the at least one RFID tag, determine a total distance of a scanned region of the wall based on the number of RFID tags scanned and the distance between the two adjacent studs, and determine an estimate of a cost of replace or repair based at least on the total distance.

Vehicle inspection systems and methods are disclosed. A system disclosed includes a frame configured to be mounted to a vehicle, wherein the frame comprises an extendable arm. The system also includes at least one camera for taking imagery of a damaged vehicle at an accident scene in support of a damage assessment, wherein the at least one camera is coupled with the extendable arm. The system also includes at least one damage filter associated with the at least one camera. The damage filter creates filtered imagery based on the imagery of the damaged vehicle.

Vehicle inspection systems and methods

Technology for determining an insurance fraud risk associated with a user comprises receiving, at an enterprise, a call or a chat from a user device associated with the user. Data associated with the call or the chat is analyzed to determine if at least one factor indicating fraud is present. A weighted level of possible fraud associated with the at least one factor is determined. The weighted level of possible fraud is compared to at least one weight threshold.
