A valve can include a rib for improving flow, which can include improving a flow rating of the valve and improving the structural integrity of the valve. A valve can include a valve body, one or more inlets for allowing flow into the body, one or more outlets for allowing flow out of the body, one or more flow paths, and one or more ribs for routing fluid in a flow path. A valve can include an orifice fluidically between an inlet and an outlet and one or more ribs disposed upstream and/or downstream of the orifice. A valve can include one or more ribs in an inlet flow path, an outlet flow path or another flow path and a rib can be coupled between two or more portions of a valve.

Flow rib in valves

A device and method for delivering a synthetic mesh or graft for anatomical repair at a defect site. A plurality of flexible arms is connected to the synthetic mesh or graft. Grasping jaws are individually controlled at or near a proximal end of the device for connection of the graft and release of the graft at the surgical site. The flexible arms, with graft attached are positioned through a surgical incision to the defect site. An actuator positions the flexible arms to assume a radial array at the surgical site, unfolding and spreading the graft for attachment. The length of each flexible arm is individually adjustable to adapt to the size and shape of the graft selected for installation at the defect site to repair the defect.

Device for delivering grafts at a surgical site and method

A method for delivering a graft or synthetic mesh for anatomical repair to the repair site, with the graft or synthetic mesh in position for attachment to repair the defect. Various techniques and procedures related to filtering objects in a virtual application within a multi-tenant system are provided. One approach involves providing a first graphical user interface element enabling indication of a first filtering criterion and a second graphical user interface element enabling indication of a second filtering criterion within the virtual application being accessed over a network from a client device. Method and system for providing advertising to select consumers using payroll data and systems

A float assembly for buoying ropes, cables, pipelines, or any other type of line, completely surrounds the line to which it is attached. The assembly is formed from a plurality of preferably identical circumferentially adjacent float pieces. The pieces attach to one another along radial planes which contain semipermanent attachment means. As each chamfered circumferential piece is added to the last the line is gradually surrounded by the whole of all the pieces. This allows the float to be attached or removed to an existing long line without the need to thread the line through the float assembly. Bands or straps are used to permanently secure the individual float pieces in place upon the line. The line passage hole may be sized or shimmed so as to firmly secure the float assembly on the line.
