Methods and apparatus to correlate healthcare information are disclosed. An example method includes receiving a healthcare message from a first entity of a healthcare enterprise, wherein the healthcare message is configured according to a first identification schema of the first entity; identifying one or more subjects of the healthcare message for correlation into an electronic clinical information system; selecting one of a plurality of correlators for each identified subject to correlate each identified subject, wherein each of the correlators are customizable to handle a specific type of healthcare message subject; and correlating the identified subjects of the message to associate each of the identified subjects with an identifier internal to the electronic clinical information system.

Methods and apparatus to correlate healthcare information

Methods and systems for receiving, mapping and structuring data from disparate systems in a healthcare environment are described. An example system for processing healthcare data includes an interface to receive input and display output, the input comprising a plurality of differently formatted healthcare messages and an identifier to identify a message type of the plurality of healthcare messages received. The example system also includes a mapper to map data of the plurality of healthcare messages to respective models based on the message type identified and a data store to store the models and corresponding mapped data.

Methods and systems for receiving, mapping and structuring data from disparate systems in a healthcare environment

Systems and methods are disclosed to provide a moveable summary column and/or row for an electronic medical flow sheet. The summary column and/or row can provide various summations of the patient's data records for any time period depending on where the moveable summation column and/or row is placed. The summation of the various patient data depends on a selected type of patient data. The summary column and/or row can be moved by the user to any spot in the patient data portion of the medical flow sheet to sum up different intervals of data. The moveable summation column and/or row presents summary data for patient parameters depending on the placement of the summation column and/or row.

Template based filtering and summations flow sheet

A system and method are provided for providing a moveable summary column for a patient based medical flow sheet. The summary column can provide various summations of the patient's data records for any time period depending on where the moveable summation column is placed. The summation of the various patient data depends on the summation parameters defined in the medical flow sheet. The summary column can be moved by the user to any spot in the patient data portion of the medical flow sheet to sum up different intervals of data. The moveable summation column will present summary data for each of the patient parameters as designated by the medical flow sheet developers depending on the placement of the summation column.
