A bulk bin has a perimeter wall and first and second floor panels hingedly joined to the perimeter wall. Each floor panel is selectively foldable from a stowed position to a deployed position. In some embodiments, the first floor panel has a first tab and a first hole and the second floor panel has a second tab and a second hole. The first tab is configured for being selectively received in the second hole for interlocking engagement with the second floor panel, and the second tab is configured for being selectively received in the first hole for interlocking engagement with the first floor panel to secure the first and second floor panels in the deployed position. In certain embodiments, the perimeter wall includes multiple wall portions foldably joined together. At least two of the wall portions are joined at a fold joint of at least three spaced apart vertical creases.

Bulk bin

Containers, and sheets for forming containers, having bottom locking features, and related methods. In some embodiments, two opposing bottom panels of a sheet may be configured to define at least a portion of a bottom wall of a container. One such bottom panel may comprise a locking tab and the other such bottom panel may comprise a locking aperture configured to receive the locking tab. In a finished configuration, the locking tab may extend at least substantially parallel to the bottom panels within the locking aperture, and the locking tab and locking aperture may be spaced apart from the side walls of the container in the finished configuration.

Container bottom locking features and related methods

Embodiments of foldable containers, such as foldable, plastic, produce containers, planar sheets used to create such containers, and related methods. In some embodiments, a substantially planar sheet for folding into a three-dimensional container may be provided comprising a plurality of side portions, each side portion comprising opposing flaps positioned on opposite sides. Each of the side portions may comprise opposing flaps, some of which may comprise tabs extending therefrom to be used for coupling with an adjacent side portion during a folding process. One or more of the side portions may also, or alternatively, comprise a stacking tab and/or a stacking tab receiving opening. The stacking tabs may be configured to be positioned within a stacking tab receiving opening of an adjacent container after the sheet has been folded into a three-dimensional container.

Foldable containers

Embodiments of foldable containers, such as foldable, plastic, produce containers, and related methods. In some embodiments, a substantially planar sheet for folding into a three-dimensional container may be provided comprising a plurality of side portions, each side portion comprising opposing flaps positioned on opposite sides. Each of the side portions may comprise opposing flaps, some of which may comprise tabs extending therefrom to be used for coupling with an adjacent side portion during a folding process. One or more of the side portions may also, or alternatively, comprise a stacking tab and/or a stacking tab receiving opening. The stacking tabs may be configured to be positioned within a stacking tab receiving opening of an adjacent container after the sheet has been folded into a three-dimensional container.
