Memory management for object oriented applications during run time includes loading an object oriented application into a computer memory. The object oriented application includes a plurality of nodes in a classification tree, the nodes including key value pairs. The nodes are aggregated in the classification tree by a computer. The aggregating includes eliminating redundant keys and creating a composite node. The composite node is loaded into the computer memory. The plurality of nodes in the classification tree are removed from the computer memory in response to loading the composite node into the computer memory.

Memory management for object oriented applications during runtime

A computer-implementable method, system and computer media for auto-generating and auto-versioning a dynamic document are presented. In a preferred embodiment, the computer-implementable method includes populating a dynamic document with content from multiple sources. The dynamic document is then version named in accordance with a nomenclature rule that identifies a source and version of content from the multiple sources. In response to a content from one or more of the multiple sources changing at a source, the dynamic document is updated with updated content, and a version name of the dynamic document is updated to reflect the updated content.

Auto-generation and auto-versioning of a multi-sourced dynamic document

A method and apparatus for providing a pluggable and extendable J2EE architecture are provided. The method and apparatus provide mechanisms for defining extension points within modules of the J2EE application and mechanisms for defining plug-in or extension modules that may be integrated into the J2EE application via these extension points. In addition, a mechanism for merging the plug-in or extension modules into the J2EE application at deployment is provided such that all of the information necessary for generating instantiations of the plug-in or extension modules is integrated into the J2EE application configuration files. As a result, an integrated J2EE application is made possible from a modularized and extendable development of the J2EE application.
