The present invention relates to a device and a method for analysing a sample comprising from 0.1 pg to 1 μg of analyte, and more specifically to a lateral flow device and a method for testing the presence of very low amounts of drugs or drug metabolites in a sample. The present invention also relates to a method of dissolving a bodily fluid.

A cartridge is provided for use with an apparatus for heating smokable material. The cartridge has a housing defining a chamber and a pouch containing smokable material. The pouch is located within the chamber. At least part of the pouch is made of porous material for permitting aerosol or volatilized material generated within the pouch to pass out of the pouch from within the pouch. The article has a carrier and smokable material arranged on the carrier. The smokable material has a first layer of smokable material and a second layer of smokable material. The first layer of smokable material is located between the carrier and the second layer of smokable material. The smokable material of the first layer of smokable material has a form or chemical composition that differs from the form or chemical composition, respectively, of the smokable material of the second layer of smokable material.

A drug dispenser assembly comprising: a drug dispenser for dispensing a drug in a dispense event; and a skinprint analyser configured to receive a skinprint, preferably a fingerprint, of a user. The skinprint analyser is further configured: to perform a verification test regarding the identity of the skinprint; to conduct a chemical analysis for the presence of a metabolite in the skinprint; and to produce data indicative of results of the verification test and the chemical analysis.
