The invention relates to a rotor bearing system (). Said system comprises a housing () in which a first permanent magnet () is mounted such that it can rotate about a first axis (). A rotor () for conveying a liquid comprises a second hollow-cylindrical permanent magnet (), which is mounted such that it can rotate about a second axis. The first permanent magnet () and the second permanent magnet () overlap axially at least partially, wherein the first permanent magnet () is disposed offset relative to the second permanent magnet (). In the axial overlap region () of the first permanent magnet () and the second permanent magnet (), the housing () is positioned between the two permanent magnets (). A personal mobility device includes a frame, a plurality of wheels attached to the frame and one or more pneumatic motors. Each of the one or more pneumatic motors has a drive shaft in operative connection with at least one of the plurality of wheels. The personal mobility device further includes at least one tank (that is, a storage container) for storage of a pressurized gas in operative connection with the one or more pneumatic motors to supply pressurized gas to the one or more pneumatic motors and a control system in operative connection with the at least one tank and with the one or more pneumatic motors.
