A cosmetic composition suitable for use on mammalian skin, hair, and nails. These compositions contain a polymer and a colorant. The polymer of the composition mitigates staining caused by the colorant, and the polymer and colorant are opposite in charge. The present invention is also directed to methods of mitigating skin staining through using the cosmetic compositions.

Cosmetic compositions comprising a polymer and a colorant

Calcium lactate coated psyllium fiber composition and psyllium-containing baked cookie composition having high fiber content and good eating qualities. These baked cookies comprise calcium lactate coated psyllium fiber, insoluble dietary fiber, shortening, flour, sugar and water. Eating quality of these psyllium-containing cookies is especially enhanced by their reduced tendency for the composition to stick to and/or form a film on teeth during ingestion.

Compositions containing psyllium

Fabric softener particles comprising an inner core of fabric softening composition and an outer coating completely surrounding said core. The outer coating is substantially water-insoluble and protects the inner core from dissolving when present in a typical fabric laundering operation, but releases the softener composition to the fabrics when the fabrics are dried in a heated dryer.

Detergent compatible, dryer released fabric softening/antistatic agents
